Stayed here to break up a long journey on Friday evening, room was comfortable and staff were good but we were in rooms 1 and 2 which were a very long walk up and down multiple flights of stairs which wasn’t ideal when travelling with my elderly in laws. There was a fair bit of banging and loud talkers during the night which wasn’t ideal either. Probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2026 owing to water damage at our property. It was an enjoyable stay in the circumstances. This was made all the better by one of your members of staff her name was Renata. She was very attentive proactive and extremely courteous to both of us always asking if we had everything we needed or wanted. I cannot recommend Reaata highly enough my words just don't give her enough credit. Relatable is a credit to your business and if you have any employee recognition schemes in place I would highly recommend she is adequately rewarded . Renata definitely mage our stay much more enjoyable.

I arrived slightly early but was given access to the room as it was ready. Staff were courteous and helpful, especially the receptionist who assisted with the parking pay machine on my departure.

Great stay and brilliant customer services. I was staying for business and I've used other hotels before. Premier inn staff at this branch were exceptional and very polite. Will definitely use them again for future stay whenever I am in this area again.

Slough. And Premier Inn really is the perfect place to break the journey. Minutes away from the motorway network and Slough train station, you can zoom into London, or scoot around the sights nearby.
Which royal residence would you like to visit? In under an hour you're in Paddington, with Buckingham Palace just up the road. But Windsor is even closer, and there's Legoland too. Wherever you're headed, return to your own palace here at Slough, with comfy beds and a Thyme restaurant too.
