Slough hotel

Great location to stay while visiting Windsor Legoland. Excellent breakfast buffet, warm friendly staff, special mention to Ms. Sharn the head, thank you for a great hospitality experience. Will definitely recommend. The room is clean including the toilet and bathroom , and pillows are soft as well as the bed. Excellent block out curtains when the sun is shining brightly outside. 10/10

We had a very good stay. The staff were excellent, clean hotel and our room had a great ac unit. We had food in the restaurant which was good and very fast service. It helps that Sainsbury's is a 2 minute walk to pick up cheap snacks too. The only issue like all premier inn hotels is the free WiFi is awful. They shouldn't bother advertising it and just promote the paid version.

Great location for visiting Windsor. Staff were first class with special mentions going to Francisco and Renata who were brilliant!

This is a review of two parts the first is the friendliness of the staff and I would like to recognise Renata who was on the breakfast duty who came over and asked how we were and were we enjoying our trip and it was obviously genuine not fake. The other person was the Housekeeping lady on level 2 who I didn’t get the name of but she was also smiling and happy and chatty Its people like this who can make a stay special. sleep was very good and nothing to complain about Now the not so good bit, The fire door between reception and the lifts were wedged open. My wife and I have stayed several times at this premier inn and this will be the last. The place needs to be shut down for a referb. I have never been to a premier that is so tired. The AC made bubbling noises, the curtains came off the rail as I closed them ( I didn’t make a fuss because it is the nearest to Legoland and it appeared full and as we could close them after a fashion it was ok to use). The toilet was stained through the amount of use it had, the bath had the panel loose, the paintwork was old and tired & the stairs were that used the paint had come off the bannisters The pictures tell their own story. Location was good. Friendly.service Room.could of been cleaner found the bed uncomfortable so didn't sleep very well. Pillows were not very clean there was a mark on one. Bathroom was not cleaned to well.some dirt still on the back of toilet seat.
