Slough West (Slough Trading Estate) hotel

We have an autistic, non-verbal 5 year old son, but developmentally he operates at around half that age. Our family loves visting Legoland, and we always stay overnight at this hotel as our 5 year old son cannot cope with two long car journeys and a full-on day of fun. Routine and structure are key to ensuring our hotel stays go smoothly, and I have nothing but the highest praise for all the staff at this hotel. Our son loves his favourite TV programmes, so we take an Amazon Fire stick with us to plug in. On our first few visits the connection didn't always work, and when we asked if we could change rooms it was always happily actioned and dealt with. Once we found a room that met our needs I then asked if all of our future bookings could be in that room, and every single time this is what happened. I'm just sad that our Legoland membership has now come to an end, so our stays at this hotel have finished too.

Excellent room and a delicious breakfast cooked by Tariq. Although Slough Trading Estate may not sound the most romantic destination for a weekend away, it’s perfect for visiting Cliveden and Windsor, and there is a great Indian restaurant just next door.

We are currently finishing a six-week stay at this Premier Inn, and we cannot express enough gratitude for the experience. We were here for two separate three-week stints—initially due to house repairs and then for our house sale. Staying in a hotel for 40+ days can be incredibly draining, but the team here made it feel like a genuine home away from home. ​The Room & Flexibility The management truly listened to our situation. They accommodated our request for a large room to ensure our family had enough space, and incredibly, they managed to place us back in the exact same room for our second stay. That level of consistency and thoughtfulness provided us with much-needed stability during a very chaotic time. ​The "Dream Team": Zenobio, Roysie, and Nicola While the hotel itself is excellent, the staff are the true stars. We want to give a massive, glowing thank you to Zenobio, Roysie, and Nicola. ​This trio is the gold standard of hospitality: ​Zenobio & Roysie: Their professionalism is unmatched. They handled every logistical detail of our long stay with such grace and efficiency. Beyond their skills, their genuine kindness and support made a world of difference to our family’s morale. ​Nicola: Nicola has been absolutely incredible. Her warmth and dedication to our comfort were evident every single day. She has a way of making you feel completely looked after, and her friendly presence was a constant highlight. ​Together, these three provided a level of empathy and proactive support that you simply don't find very often. They didn't just see us as a booking; they treated us with real care. ​ Verdict If you are looking for a hotel where the staff actually care about their guests, look no further. Zenobio, Roysie, and Nicola are an absolute credit to the Premier Inn brand. They turned a stressful transition into a comfortable, supported experience. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

This is a great hotel for Legoland or LHR. The rooms were comfy and spacious. The restaurant and the staff were great and attentive. It offered free parking over the road in a multi storey car park. We will stay here again next time we go to Legoland for sure. Breakfast was always stocked and hot with plenty of choice.

Always stay at this hotel when visiting legoland which is around 2-3 times a year ! We love everything about this hotel the Location is just 15-20 mins drive to legoland ! Free Parking also added bonus and plenty of spaces !! Lots of places to chose from to eat around the hotel. A lovely chip shop done the road just 5 mins drive JKS fish and chips great value ! Always have a calm and warm welcoming. Staff have always been accommodating with us. Maybe in need of a deep carpet clean throughout and replacement carpets in rooms but apart from minor things like this it’s great !
