"A bad night's sleep"
Been here before every thing from room to staff great on my 1st visit in Oct 23 the just seams like it has gone down hill from my visit in may and now june 25
"Excellent stop over."
Stopped here on a weekend trip to Windsor. Initially concerned about it being on an industrial estate and out of town. But pleasantly suprised. Parking for free in the multistorey across the road. Pleasant welcome upon arrival by helpful staff. Stayed in room 131 and as expected, immaculately presented. Hottest day of the year 33 degrees and the aircon was ice cold. Slept like a log. Booked evening meal and breakfast which is a bargain. Evening meal had lots of choice with something for everyone. Breakfast, again loads of choice from continental to full English. All fresh cooked, piping hot and unlimited. Final comment about the staff. Eager to please, attentive and importantly,smiling faces. Well done to all and we will return.
"Train Your Staff!"
Terrible check-in process. Told the room was ready but we couldn’t check-in for another 45 minutes. Never heard anything like it. Will not be returning! Disgusting customer service!
"Excellent stay for a base for a family trip"
Stayed here for a family trip to Legoland, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food for breakfast was excellent, cooked breakfast although buffet style was piping hot and fresh. We had an evening meal here that was also fantastic and the staff where very helpful and attentive.

Hotel comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptional with their friendly, can do attitude. The room was comfortable and perfectly placed to transfer to T3, Heathrow Airport. Free overnight car parking made the hotel very competitively priced.
