Slough West (Slough Trading Estate) hotel

Stayed in March for 2 nights. The location is ideal- close to LEGOLAND which was the reason for our stay for our child’s birthday. Parking across the road is secure and convenient. The downsides: I was bitten by bedbugs during our stay and was covered in excess of 40 bites following our departure. Premier Inn have accepted no responsibility for this and I’ve been left with scarring to my arms and legs. The food in the restaurant was ok but nothing to shout home about. We’ve stayed at multiple premier inns for many years, (recommended them to friends and family having always loved our stays) yet the breakfast here (and service) is the worst we’ve experienced. Unfortunately not the best trip - we found the location and convenient parking to be our positives but would never stay at this premier inn again. I’d recommend a different hotel if visiting LEGOLAND.

Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. Good value for money. The rooms are always of a good standard and clean. Reliable and trustworthy brand.

Rooms to hot. Food terrible. Had to leave a full steak due to it been inedible. No refund or apologies. Staff dont care and very inattentive.

Having stayed in 4 different premier inns over the last 3 weeks I just say that a young lady by the name of Amelia, who works in the restaurant, has made my stay at The Slough branch amazing. She was very attentive and always made sure we had what we needed. She made us aware of the meal deal offer. The first I had even heard of it after 3 weeks and multiple hotels. She had a pleasant smile and very welcoming personality. She is a benefit to your establishment. Definitely the best member of staff I have dealt with to date.
