"Outstanding service "

This is my second stay at this hotel with my two kids (family room) as a stopover for visit to Legoland. 20-30 mins away depends on traffic. What really stands out in this hotel is the amazing staff. So friendly and attentive, and amazing with the children. The food is tasty and well presented - compliments to the chefs. All hard working and genuinely care about the customers - well done Premier Inn !! Rooms are very comfortable, as expected.

"Good value and friendly staff"

Hotel is in a convenient location for Windsor which is why we chose it. Hotel was clean. Restaurant was good We had both breakfast and evening meals here. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Convenient free parking just over road. Not a scenic location as on a trading estate however a clean comfortable and good value for money location to stay if visiting the area

"Legoland trip"

Check in was fast. Our beds were comfy the problems I had here was that for a new hotel they need to check rooms before releasing them dusty room blood up wall and leaking bath no body in reception to not even someone in the morning I always stay in a PremierInn. Not again

"Friendly service with handy free parking"

A really warm welcome and easy check in. Room was large, clean and usual high standard. Location - in the middle of a trading estate and so there is really nothing around should you want to go outside the hotel locally. The hotel seemed popular with families who had been to LEGOLAND, so perhaps part of a package. As we sat in the large bar area we saw the warmth of the welcome for tired families and we were really impressed by ALL staff being so patient and helpful. We were staying to attend a family party locally so did not eat at the hotel, had a couple of drinks before we went and plenty of comfy seating. We returned about 11pm and would have like a nightcap in the hotel but the bar shuts, what I would call early, so we couldn't. As they seem to cater for families this may be why, but if they are catering for business people I would imagine the bar should be open a little longer. Ample parking, some right outside and a larger area just across the road, which is free, which was a decider on booking this rather than other nearby chain hotels. If you are brining tired children and just want a meal, quick drink and then to bed this is fine.

"Modern with customer friendly staff."

Very happy with our 5 night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only criticism would be the vent for the bathroom fan, became very noisy with a gurgling noise and to be told it was normal and that I just need to turn the fan off as it’s been on too long......... not helpful when you have to shower in darkness!!!
