The service was absolutely exceptional, and the dinner was delightful from start to finish. Neirta was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the entire experience feel personal and memorable. Her kindness and attentiveness added a special touch to an already wonderful evening. Thank you so much

"Avoid this hotel- terrible costumer service and no air condition"
I stayed at the Slough Central Premier Inn for 7 nights in June, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
The room was unbearably hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working. I reported the issue as soon as I arrived, but it took 5 days for anything to be done. Every day I was told, “We’re fixing it,” or that the system was overworked because of the hot weather. That is not an acceptable excuse when guests are paying for a comfortable stay. I couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep, and the advertised Good Night Guarantee meant nothing in practice.
The customer service was extremely poor. The manager and reception staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in resolving the problem or offering any form of compensation or alternative solution.
To make matters worse, my room was cleaned only once during my entire 7-night stay. For a stay of that length, this is completely unacceptable.and the they left the stained bedsheets I’ve attached a picture aswell.
Overall, the hotel was badly managed, and the staff appeared unprofessional and unwilling to help guests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this Premier Inn and will never return.

"Blood on sheets hotel ok with this"
Stayed here for a family trip to Legoland and found blood on the sheets that wasn't mine.
It was very late I told staff they knocked on the door handed me some folded sheets and left. They did not take the stained sheets nor did they offer to change them or provide gloves a bag or anything. This woke my children.
I then noticed it on the duvet also I told them they said they only had two single duvets left in the whole hotel.
I made a complaint somebody called Joe said he had the housekeeper check the sheets and it was indeed blood and that he would remind staff about hygiene or something along those lines. It read like an admission that it is not the usual practice to change sheets between guests and that they only put fresh ones on if they're dirty so you are laying on the same bedding as a stranger which is disgusting.
I escalated the complaint and got a rude e mail back from Mahmood saying the sorry I got was good enough and any further emails would be ignored.
I'm shocked and disgusted by this incident and the fact that premier inn are not mortified by the situation as I would expect them to be. Instead they're treating me like a nuisance.
I e mailed the CEO days ago and I'm yet to hear back. It's possible I'm being ignored.

"Staff lovely but feral children."
A great location and the staff were absolutely wonderful and attentive. We had a slight problem with our room but the lovely lady on reception sorted it out for us and we soon changed rooms.
Be warned though the areas such as bar and especially the breakfast areas can be likened to that of a children's playground. We found breakfast to be a noisy affair with feral kids just running around shouting and screaming. I'm afraid that's the cost of it being so near Legoland I'm afraid. The staff again were brilliant having to put up with this type of behaviour. Well done staff members.

Absolutely fantastic stay, the staff were incredible, especially Angel in the restaurant who dealt with our dietary restrictions incredibly kindly, quickly and with the most wonderful customer service. Thank you so very much! We will definitely return.
