    "Average experience"
    Basic, but comfortable bedroom. Extra pillows available. We ate at the hotel restaurant, and it was very disappointing. I would not eat there again.

    Everything you’d expect from the chain and in a good location, this is a hotel I’d certainly stay in again. Although there’s plenty of dining options nearby it’s nice that the restaurant and bar inside is still a good size, with decent service and the food choices standard for the chain. My only issue was arriving outside of the standard checkin times - no staff available anywhere, impossible to get through the front door unless a guest inside exits and the whole place a ghost town - a shame no one actually seems to monitor the intercom at the entrance! Otherwise great value and I’ll be back!

    Great location for Legoland, very clean, friendly and budget friendly. Needs were comfy, both kids ate free when I paid for breakfast, nice rock as a single dad!

    Not a good experience in fact... The hotel is very very basic... In fact, not worth. Has no refrigerator or even a telephone in the room. Forget a bottle of water or a cabinet for clothes... Do I want to stay here again? No....

    We booked for 2 nights, friendly welcome, told about car parking, we had to move the car the next day, but car park not far!! Rooms lovely and clean, Breakfast great, plenty of choice for everyone!! We had a meal at night, again good food, lovely friendly staff made the visit for us!! Thank you!!☺️☺️☺️
