Slough Central South (Windsor Road) hotel

I arrived for this, my first visit, in a grey rainy Wednesday not expecting too much. I arrived and was treated like a long-time regular. Beaming staff who couldn’t be more helpful. The room was spotless. And had a bath - big win for me. The cooks were joyful and the food just great. The tone was set by Shruti when I arrived - so welcoming. I will be back.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Slough Central South (Windsor Road). The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. A special thank you to Shruti for her kindness, professionalism and beautiful smile. She was always welcoming, polite and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. The staff were very helpful and kindly allowed me a late check-out at 1:30 PM instead of 12 PM, which I really appreciated. Excellent hospitality and a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Not even average. Firstly the place is OK, nothing special, it’s a Premier Inn so you know what you’re getting to a point. But this place needs a shake up: - the staff: really they need pulling off shift and giving some serious refresh training on hospitality. Their customer service skills are very lacking. Two of them won’t even pull their eyes away from their computers to look at you when speaking. - the room is adequate: cleaning could be a lot better and the pillows are as flat as pancakes so their ‘wonderful’ bed isn’t as that great at all. - the bar closes at 10:30 and despite having all the menus in the room none of them tell you that and they absolutely won’t serve you a drink. What for pity sake is that about, you’re a HOTEL!

Shruti was very helpful and polite apon arrival she’s a credit to premier inn
