    "Lovely hotel friendly staff"
Lovely hotel and restaurant, clean room. Staff was very friendly specially Valencia who gave my little boy who was turning 5 some biscuits and a happy birthday note on arrival.. I also work for premier inn so I know about the little things that go a long way make your stay the best. Thanks again
    "Family"
The staff were top class. We enjoyed the food and the location is perfect for Dorney lake. We attended a rowing event there and public transport to Windsor and London central was within walking distance. We will be back again.
    "A nice stay"
We stayed for one night as it is close to Legoland Windsor. I originally booked just breakfast but added the meal deal on upon arrival to the restaurant in the evening. My husband has coeliac disease, meaning he is allergic to gluten, and we felt very comfortable eating during our stay here. The staff were knowledgeable, he had the matrix allergen table to reference and they had gluten free items such as burger buns and bread available. They managed cross contamination well, breakfast is self serve buffet but his was cooked fresh in the back and kept completely separate away from anything containing gluten. They had gluten free muesli in the continental breakfast which was a nice change as usually he just ends up having a yogurt. The waiter bought him fresh cleaned cutlery instead of the cutlery in pots on the table and we didn’t request this, so we saw it a good sign that they clearly think about cross contamination. The room was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the hotel, we slept well. It was a 12pm checkout as standard which we enjoyed as we didn’t feel a rush to get out of the room like we have done in other premier inns. The parking was confusing, the hotel does have reserved spaces in a multi-storey car park behind the hotel which are only free to use during weekend, it seems they are reserved for businesses during the week. Be careful to input your reg number into the tablet in reception every day you are there otherwise you can be met with a £100 fine. If staying mid-week then the car park on Herschel street is only around the corner but we were glad to avoid this as it was a bit costly to stay. Overall we would visit again, we had a good stay and the hotel did everything we needed it to do.
    "Comfortable bed"
This hotel is a bit tired and in need of an upgrade in areas. The room was okay but stuffy and had a stale smell on arrival. We put the air conditioning on which cooled the room and made it more pleasant. Cleanliness was at a minimum level. There was a mark on one of the pillows. Needs tlc and definitely in need of an upgrade. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well until dawn. Good size kettle and range of beverages. Would prefer both an overhead and wand shower rather that the wand sized overhead, controls were a bit stiff. Excellent breakfast we had full English which is eat as much as you want and refill for drinks. There is cheaper option for continental breakfast. They cater for vegans which is a plus. although the reception desk isn't manned there are staff around to answer questions.
    "Basic Hotel"
Good clean basic hotel. Good location to shops and right beside bus to Windsor. Parking is a bit of an issue but we parked along the roads each night if there was a space to save some money. Some of the staff were very rude when it came to requesting a reservation instead of offering one to us! Reception staff were lovely but very understaffed and leading to people having to wait with young kids to be assisted. Don't think I would stay again with my family.
