"Very friendly and warm. Food is lovely too"
My experience was amazing from the moment I arrived. Staff on reception were friendly and warm. Staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very convenient to town and the oracle centre.
"Good value"
Cannot complain about service, and breakfast was more than adequate. Dinner was good value. Room was comfortable and bathroom adequate. Carpets in common areas need a good clean, however, the bedroom one was good.
"City hotel"
Nice city hotel. Stayed here whilst daughter was waiting to move into halls for uni. Restaurant attached very quiet but dinner was good and breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious and the AC was very welcome! I would stay again when visiting next time.

"Great location"
On arrival we had a very pleasant greeting from Sarka who was on reception. She was very professional and helpful.The hotel is in a fabulous location from the town, we ventured in and chose a restaurant for evening meal. We stayed two nights as it was my granddaughters graduation . Breakfast was very good too, I have Coeliac disease & Sarka organised the GF breakfast for me. Location great, staff great the hotel was exceptionally clean.
