"Great ambassadors for the hotel."
From the first phone call to the end of our stay we were met with friendly helpful staff. In particular Aneta, Manju, Rasa and Mary always met us with a smile, nothing we asked was to much for them. They were polite, friendly and totally professional. My sisters and I were at the hotel for a once a year family reunion and we were given rooms next to each other which was great as it made easy to drop in on each other. The food was well cooked and there was plenty of choice, what more could you ask for. We look forward to coming back next year and hope to stay at your hotel again. A huge thank you for making our stay so pleasant with staff that care for those who stay with them. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
"Very friendly and warm. Food is lovely too"
My experience was amazing from the moment I arrived. Staff on reception were friendly and warm. Staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very convenient to town and the oracle centre.
"Good value"
Cannot complain about service, and breakfast was more than adequate. Dinner was good value. Room was comfortable and bathroom adequate. Carpets in common areas need a good clean, however, the bedroom one was good.
"City hotel"
Nice city hotel. Stayed here whilst daughter was waiting to move into halls for uni. Restaurant attached very quiet but dinner was good and breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious and the AC was very welcome! I would stay again when visiting next time.
