"Premier inn's friendly staff 😊"
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was fantastic. Michelle and Sophie were very kind friendly and helpful. Although breakfast can be busy, both ladies still had time to help . This is my 2nd time staying and will definitely come back and also tell friends. Rooms very clean and fresh smell.

Lovely place to stay, I always book here as the rooms are always lovely and staff are always friendly.

"Avoid Room 131"
A Premier Inn is a Premier Inn is a Premier Inn, and you generally know exactly what you're going to get. There's a twist to the story here with a little bonus surprise - Room 131 is directly about the main entrance and bar/restaurant, and has a constant soundtrack of the door clanging and bumping - making it impossible to sleep, rest or work in the room.
I notice this was previously commented on in a review in May 2017, and an investigation was promised, so clearly they're not in too much of a rush to do anything about it. The Good Night Guarantee (is that still a thing?) requires that I report this to a member of staff before leaving. Three visits to reception so far, and no member of staff to be seen. I guess that's a good way to avoid payouts, although to be fair, I'd rather have a decent night's sleep than a refund!

"Very poor customer service and dirty place."
No main light in bedroom floor very dirty bathroom disgusting with hair in bath and sink toilet dirty but need somewhere to sleep over night with my family and a baby of 2 year old. No cot after I rang twice on the same day before arriving and was told it will be there. I got one drop asking me to set it up myself No bedding ext. Staff told me that I will get day light in the morning hence it would be ok if I just use the bed side light for the night. Customer service very poor

"Very relaxing stay"
Stayed her one night passing through. Lovely location with green lawns outside our room. Very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful and seved piping hot and on hot plates too. Could not fault the service from the staff. Overall lovely stay. Oh, and really convenient for the town.
