"Dreadful stay"
We ordered our food and were told there no chips and no other form of potato but offered salad! My husband had a steak £18 on a plate with nothing else. We waited an hour for this too. Breakfast the next day was ok but no plates, dishes or glasses and no fresh fruit. Had to wait a good 5 minutes for them.

Great hotel with excellent service. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and the chef prepared delicious food. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended! 😊

"Hotel excellent staff not so much"
Hotel is excellent, staff on the other hand not so great.
Eat elsewhere as most of the menu items were out of stock during evening meal and stuff just want to hide away and talk.

"Total rubbish"
Waited 1 hour for food,only 6 people in restaurant, then main arrived before starter,another 20 mins.then finally mains arrived which had been kept warm all this time,it was virtually inedible, in the morning both coffee machines were out of order,total rubbish.
