"A lovely stay"
This hotel was superb, the staff are very helpful and food very good. We booked a meal deal for the evening, The room was comfy and clean.

What has happened to Premier Inn? We've been using this chain for a good number of years and noticed a steady decline. Mainly in the woefully level of staffing with those who are on duty running around trying desperately to juggle the various jobs they are expected to do. The poor lady doing her best to serve breakfast was near to breaking point due to having to cover numerous back to back shifts because other member of staff simply hadn't turned up. This seems to be a common issue right across the whole chain. The breakfast itself was appalling, dried out eggs, beans and bacon. The evening meal was OK, but the desert had to be chased three times and still didn't show up. Both shocking and sad to see how everything has gone so badly wrong..

Comfortable rooms, helpful and welcoming staff. Restaurant was dirty and struggled to find clean bowls and plates for buffet breakfast which unfortunately let it down.

All the team was great, Sean was AMAZING! Great stay as always, recognised when we were re visiting, polite, charismatic and prompt service! Honestly can't fault it! Really appreciate it! Will be back! 😊🐾
