"Comfortable stay, restaurant needs improvement"
Comfortable rooms, helpful and welcoming staff. Restaurant was dirty and struggled to find clean bowls and plates for buffet breakfast which unfortunately let it down.

All the team was great, Sean was AMAZING! Great stay as always, recognised when we were re visiting, polite, charismatic and prompt service! Honestly can't fault it! Really appreciate it! Will be back! 😊🐾

Lovely friendly staff on bar and lounge very helpful but the meal times are terrible long wait for food nearly chips with everything apart from 2. curry which had rice and the last night stay we waited 1/2hour for dessert which came only for mine to go back as stone cold sticky toffee pudding and hot custard not good chefs needs more training and more staff in kitchen as two much for one person on meals for a hotel that has a lot of people staying

Atrocious experience this morning, staff were like headless chicken was shocking to witness no order among staff. Food wasnt worth it either. Avoid!!!!!!
