      "Breakfast appalling"
      Breakfast was a disaster. Run out of white bread. Had to wait for certain items to be cooked as buffet not refilled. A major turn off was some breakfast items had a strange twang/taste. Tables were not being cleared as there were not enough staff.

      I have stayed at this Premier Inn location for many years and have always found the service to be excellent and all the staff personable and helpful. The location is convenient with easy access to places of local interest. I have only eaten breakfast in the restaurant but found that to be good value for money as is the hotel in general.
      "One of the best Premier Inn"
      Stayed here for a couple of nights. One of the best Premier Inn We have stayed in. Lovely outlook from the outside. Great staff, a clean room and comfortable bed. We did have an evening meal, which was fine just your normal pub food but the pizza we had was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was good plenty of choice, nice and hot and was always being topped up. Could not have asked for more.

      I came to stay here with my family. The room was lovely and clean and I had no complaints about that. However when we went to the restraunt for dinner we were sat at a table where there was ants crawling a long it so we were moved to another table however once we were moved they then put another family on that table which was not good service. When it came to breakfast the next day it felt as though we were be stalked as we were constantly being stared at by the waitresses also the food wasn't fantastic the mushrooms were pretty much raw and were sat in a dish of water. The beans also looked as though they had been sat there a while as they had a skin across them. Also in the communal areas it smelt very musty and damp.

      Had a lovely stay at this Premier Inn. Room was very clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful, thanks to Jane for answering all our queries!! Breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely stay here again. Great location tucked away but also by the retail park which was very convenient for us.
