"Needs more staff"
Not enough staff. Car park too small and parking spaces too small. Lack of help and advice at reception. Watch out for parking charges

We ordered our food and were told there no chips and no other form of potato but offered salad! My husband had a steak £18 on a plate with nothing else. We waited an hour for this too. Breakfast the next day was ok but no plates, dishes or glasses and no fresh fruit. Had to wait a good 5 minutes for them.
