"Amazing"
Very nice hotel. Fresh sleek style very polite staff. Only niggle was pillows were very firm like memory foam. And we had a vent on continuously making a noise.(this was not the heater / cooler ) as that was off. Other than that loved it . The desserts were to die for

Great hotel, central location, relaxing vibe. Was down for Fork but had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Big shout out to front of house Debbie and Amma nothing was too much trouble friendly and helpful. Hope to stay again fantastic location for walking into centre.

"Good budget stay"
Lovely clean room spacious everything you could need for an overnight stay.
Unfortunately there was no hot water in bath/shower only luke warm. Sink tap very hot and the mixer bar get hot to the touch but water did not get hot.
Consequently we had to have a cool bath in the evening after a long day and cool shower first thing.
As it was late in the evening no member of staff on duty to ask

Fans of Downton Abbey won't want to miss a visit to Highclere Castle, the show's primary filming location. The ruins of Donnington Castle are close by, too, if you fancy exploring a little more of Berkshire's history. Nature-lovers and families alike will enjoy a trip to the Living Rainforest - it's only a short drive away, and bursting with exotic plants and animals. Alternatively, you could tee-off at the nearby Newbury & Crookham Golf Club, before finishing the day with a tasty meal at our in-house Thyme restaurant.
