"Excellent Premier Inn"
Spotlessly clean, staff could not have been more friendly or efficient & food good. The location is a very short walk from the public carpark (no parking on site) - but it was a well used large carpark so not an issue. The hotel was very quiet considering its central location - it's a 5 min walk from the main pedestrianised shopping area. Canal is only slightly further away (less than 10 mins) and also the museum and library are just as close. The park with crazy golf is practically next door.

"Very good"
Check in smooth, we opted to check in with an actual human rather than the machines on offer.
Very friendly chap checked us in
Room nice and fresh and clean
Very refreshing air conditioning!!
Carpet a bit manky - needs a deep hoover and possibly a clean
Comfy mattress but very hard pillows
The hotel itself looks very nice as you approach it, nice outside seating for drinks and meals
Safe grassy area with trees for children to play on

"Wonderful memories"
Four years ago, I stayed here for an extended period, and the restaurant quickly became one of my favorite parts of the experience. Meal after meal, the kitchen consistently impressed me — and those memories stayed with me long after I checked out.
Returning this time, dinner was the first thing and it did not disappoint. Every dish was prepared with genuine care and attention to detail. The quality of the ingredients, the balance of flavors, and the thoughtful presentation all came together beautifully. It’s easily one of the best hotel dining experiences I’ve had in years.
I won’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

"Birthday Surprise"
We've stayed at this premierinn several times, always a friendly welcome, nice clean rooms and great location and price.
This time we received a phone call a few days before checking our booking and requirements, i was asked if it was a special occasion, and indeed it'was my wife's birthday.
On arrival at our room, there was a nice bottle of wine and chocolates which was very nice, something we didn't expect
