Maidenhead Town Centre hotel

Nice room, goid brd and bath. Nice staff, very friendly. Clean room. Only minus is that the parking is not free and not right at the hotel.

Stayed here for a London visit with two children. Although the hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre, with access to the M&S foodhall virtually straight behind it (which was great), the parking was quite awkward. There is a drop off point outside the hotel, although we couldn't manage to use it on arrival due to cars being parked there. We parked in the Sainsbury's down the road, it was a fair walk away, and there was no direct footpath along the road, so you had to weave through side and back streets to get there safely. Despite the distance not being much, it was an awakward walk. Check in was easy. Room was clean and nicely decorated. We ate in the hotel both nights due to the excellent value of the breakfast and dinner meal deal they offer, which was significantly cheaper than eating elsewhere. The was a great menu with plenty of choice, food was nice although service was slow, with only two members of staff seemingly serving in the restaurant and reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. We walked to the station (Maidenhead Central) to catch a train to London. It was quite a far walk but doeable. The train took around an hour. Service was regular.

I visited for breakfast with my mum on Mother’s Day, and the experience was amazing. The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. I honestly didn’t expect such wonderful customer service from Premier Inn, but they truly exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back at least once a month. Highly recommended!

Telle only had a few channels that worked. The shower only ran like warm water even with the hot tap on full.. family room quite small
