      "Looking a bit tired"
Stayed here on more than once occasion on this visit it looked a little tired. Staff friendly and helpful as always. Room on the second floor this time was a good size and well positioned. Room a bit tired with some of the furniture damaged and coming away. Air conditioning works well and was needed in the heat. Great and plentiful breakfast. Needs some TLC but we would use it as a base again.
      "Perfect one night stop over"
This was the second time I had stayed at this Premier Inn.....and I would go again. It was a stop over before an early flight from Heathrow the next morning. The room was to be expected, basic but had everything you need, comfy bed and being on the 7th floor it was quiet. Parking was 5 mins walk away, and is only a 20 min drive to Heathrow. It is situated in the town centre so there are plenty of places close by for eating and drinking if you have the time. I'll probably use this hotel again for the same purposes.
"Accommodation is good but parking a real problem."
Stayed here 2 nights. It’s a tower block and you can park outside to unload your car but it’s double yellow lines so you have to move it within a short time. They tell you to use the Sainsbury’s car park which is a multi-storey and I avoided it because of the price. I found a multi-storey near the train station called Keys Place which was £8 for 24hrs, but spaces are limited and very narrow. My SUV only just got in there. The town itself is crying out for more parking because so many people want to use the Elizabeth Line to get into London, but it seems town planners are lacking here. Hotel itself very nice as were staff. If it wasn’t for the parking issues I would have given it 5 stars.
      "Chris was a delight"
Great stay! Chris was a delight at breakfast and was so helpful. Made our early start worth it! We will definitely be back.
      "A lovely stay!"
A pleasant and comfortable stay again this year when we attended Ascot. A lovely touch in reception was complementary items to take to the races including paper fans and water. A big shoutout to Elvis (who checked us in last year too). A real credit to the hotel, he is professional, friendly and he goes above and beyond to help. Thank you!
