Bracknell (Twin Bridges) hotel

The location was great for exploring the local area and especially Legoland as it’s only 20mins away. The room was plenty big enough for us and our 4 year old who was on the sofa bed which was super comfy. The room was clean and perfectly fine for a few nights away. The atmosphere in the hotel was quiet as it’s mainly workers passing through and a handful of families. The amenities were as you would expect and they have newly installed air conditioning which was welcome at night time and lots of free parking (just pop your registration in at reception) we had the breakfast on site which was a hot order being placed when you sit and it’s brought to your table (it’s still unlimited but not help yourself) continental is self serve as you’d expect. We had one meal in the evening on site where there was a slight confusion with the payments but it was rectified and we were compensated for the wrong payments. I would like to take a special shout out to Lucy on reception who was super helpful about the local area and really kind with our daughter. And the second shout out to Mel in the restaurant who was working hard to keep everything running despite the fact that there are lots of changes happening. Lucy and Mel are the backbone of what it takes to work in hospitality

We have stayed at this hotel many a time. The hotel is very clean and has plenty of carparking spaces available. The staff are wonderful especially Mel who has great customer service skills and always goes the extra mile to help out. All in all a great place to stay with extremely helpful staff.

Great location for Legoland. Room was large and clean. Location easy to find and walking distance to a Morrisons to stock up on snacks. We had breakfast and evening meal deal, both were decent quality. Service however was very slow in the evening. Overall we would stay again.

I booked my mum in here, it was really nice and clean. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. Air con was a bonus in the hot weather.

Disabled parking space next to reception was filled with a staff members car not requiring disability. Access room had a wet room shower, unfortunately the drain couldn’t cope with the water from the shower so consequently flooded the whole area, toilet, vanity area and up to the actual bathroom door. Toilet was a disgrace with black/brown staining under the rim; I complained to reception and they made a very good job of cleaning. Restaurant was in need of some serious TLC From the outside the bar/restaurant looked like it was closed down. Inside the vinyl chairs and benches were split and worn and in need of a refurbishment. Tacky tables and carpets. Staff, both reception and restaurant were very good, pleasant, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good with good choice of continental and cooked items. This was not our choice of hotel. The hotel we had booked failed to provide access facilities. As this was now last minute to find somewhere to stay at bank holiday weekend we took this availability. Sometimes you just have to make do and stay somewhere but you expect as a paying guest the room, particularly the bathroom, will be clean and hygienic.
