"Thank you premier"
The hotel staff were amazing managed to change my room last minute to be closer with my friends! Caroline especially was also so helpful and lovely!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my friends and family. I’m so glad I directed people to book here, the hotel is a fantastic standard for the price. Rooms are clean and extremely comfortable. The cherry on top was the staff service, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Many thanks to Tatiana, Jamie , Shova and Caroline who were fantastic. I would recommend 100%.
"Comfortable and quiet location close to the centre"
We don't know what Premier Inn does to their bedrooms but as always we both slept amazingly well. We just needed a room near the Lexicon for a night and this fitted the bill perfectly. The gentleman on the front desk was friendly and accommodating and the complementary croissants and coffee worked well. Parking is slightly entertaining at the moment due to refurbishment but we were ok.
"Great hotel, superb staff, bad beds!"
We've stayed in quite a few premier inn's over the years and in terms of the hotel and staff it was great. It was a free grab and go breakfast due to the restaurant being closed but this was clearly stated on the website. One thing we weren't impressed with is Premier Inn deciding to change their mattress for their so called V2 range which in our opinion are terrible and like sleeping on rock, we've heard they've changed their supplier from Hypnos to Silent Night, bad move in our opinion and may put us off going to any premier inn's that have these beds in future! It's a shame as we couldn't fault the hotel otherwise.

Initial experience was great meeting Jess or Claire when I first checked in. So personable and charismatic. These little things are missed in today’s day and age. I unfortunately had an incident with my room during my stay which they did not hesitate to rectify and even go above and beyond to make the stay better for my partner who was visiting from another city. Jess and Claire are ultimate gems who should never be separated from one another and deserve all the best in life. They really turned my experience 180 degrees. Management if you read this, take care of Jess and Claire from Bracknell. They will look after your business with ease from the goodness of their hearts.
