"There might be a bar and there might not."
The basics were fine: clean, comfortable room and very comfortable bed, as usual for a Premier Inn. One problem though, which spoiled our Friday night. Our game plan was to put our ten-year-old son to bed in our family room then go down to the bar for a late drink and a board game. But when I went down to the bar at just before 10.00 on the Friday night there was nobody there except one staff member mopping the floor. She served me a drink, but when I told her my partner was about to join me she explained that management had told her to close the bar if it was quiet. We ended up squatting in the reception lobby with our game. (I should mention that Saturday night was a bit better, and many thanks to Jess for making us welcome. But she still had to shut the bar at 10.30.)

"Great Staff at Premier Inn Bracknell Central"
My wife and I recently stayed in the Premier Inn Bracknell Central for one night only (Thu to Fri). On arrival at reception our staff host, Caroline, ensured that we had a seamless and efficient check-in. Furthermore, she was very attentive and helpful, providing us with local advice ahead of our onwards travel and on our meal deal dinner options in the restaurant.
Caroline is a credit and great ambassador for Premier Inn and deserves formal recognition for her strong customer facing skills.

"Alright 'its a premier inn'"
Noisey doors all night banging and closing including the corridor doors. Hardly slept, reception not really bothered when I told them.

What a lovely place to stay . Clean ,comfortable. Jamie on reception was really helpful and pleasant . And the lady in the restaurant (I think Caroline) was wonderful . Massive portions of food which was also really good . I couldn’t fault it. In fact the staff in the whole were lovely . If I visit again I will definitely use this premier inn. Many thanks

"Great staff"
The Hotel itself was nice and clean beds comfy room was clean and tidy, however the woman on reception when we arrived on the 15th of August was rude and didn’t really take any interest no eye contact at all,
However I have to give high praise to Caroline who was at the restaurant the same night 15th of August she was absolutely brilliant most helpful went through menu options and drinks options was amazing with not just my daughter but every child that came through the door while running around doing everything with no help from other staff this woman is an absolute credit to you and more than deserves a PAY RISE
I would also like to mention Jamie who was on reception in the night he was again brilliant very happy warm and welcoming again a credit to you and should also be given a pay rise good staff are hard to come by what a difference between when we arrived to the night staff being on you need more people like Caroline and Jamie
