"Don't just a book by its cover"
I will be honest and say that when we parked up and saw the back of the building, we worried slightly that it may be a little run down BUT stepping inside, it was completely the opposite! Very welcoming and modern and the receptionist was so friendly and lovely! The room was clean and I had been told on booking that the twin room was a sofa so was pleasantly surprised to see a single bed! Also had air-conditioning and with the 30 degree temperatures, it was a needed feature! I would happily stay here again. They are currently working on aspects of the site so may be improved soon too!

"Great stay"
The hotel room was clean and cheery… staff were just so helpful. I was a disabled solo traveller and they looked after me wonderfully … can’t praise the staff enough… 10/10

"First class customer service"
I arrived Tuesday morning ahead of a day at Royal Ascot. I arrived at 10:20, knowing I wouldn't be able to check in, but to leave my car in the car park, quick change into my dress and then check in later! I arrived to Reception and was able to give my car registration for me to leave my car throughout the day. I asked to use the bathrooms to get changed and was kindly shown to a private room by one of the two friendly women on reception. After a swift change, they took my bag for me to save, issuing me with a ticket, so that I didn't have to return to my car with my bag. I headed outside to then wait for my pre-booked Uber. After ten minutes of my Uber being late, the app kept updating to say it was going to be late, continually going up by ten minutes more and more. After my 10:30 booking time showing arrival of 11:10, I headed to the main road to see if I could see a black cab to flag down, but none passed. Worrying I was going to be extremely late (I was due to arrive for 10:45), I headed back into reception to ask for a local taxi service number to see if they could get to me any quicker. Immediately, one of the women on reception said "don't worry, I will take you. I can see you're worrying and I don't want you to be late." I couldn't believe the kind offer, but she insisted and the next I knew I was in her car and we were heading off to the racecourse! The traffic was building but she was so kind, patient and determined to get me there! She dropped me off just a few minute's walk from the Royal Enclosure and I headed in, relieved to say the least. An unbelievable and unexpected act of kindness and extreme guest care. Caroline, you were truly fantastic and touches like this make the hotel stand apart from others.
I returned later in the evening following a great day at the races to a cool temperature bedroom with comfy pillows and had a great night's sleep, a great ending to a fantastic day, all made better by Caroline's act of kindness!

"The little Gem of Bracknell"
I normally would never advertise a hotel or give a review, but on this occasion the lady who greeted me and partner was one of a kind.
My wife insisted that we give the concierge or front of house lady called Caroline a review, because my wife as she has put it, Caroline made her feel like 'Lady of the manor', without going over the top. Putting it as simple as this, when someone with a disability which is not notable but was made aware of this in the kindest and most respectfully way, ‘Moved Us’ unforgettable. This lady is a credit not only to your company but to the town of Bracknell, as we have come to Royal Ascot for the last 18 meetings and wished we had booked here before - we will be booking in advance for next year that is guaranteed for sure.

"Twin Bridges"
Premier Inn Twin Bridges is well placed to visit for work, and it is always comfortable with a friendly welcome
The staff are amazing, and they really do care about their Customers
Today, Mel on reception was really helpful and recommended a walk to a near by Reservoir. You would never know it was there unless you were told
Caroline in the Resteraunt was very helpful and considerate
The Hotel is tired but delivers what you expect from a Premier Inn, but your secret ingredient is your staff
They more than make up for refurbishment that this Pub and Hotel deserve
