"Caroline is awesome"
We recently stayed at this Premier Inn, room was as expected, clean and comfortable, big enough for us and the two kids.
Breakfast was typical premier inn, lots on offer frequently replenished, no complaints.
We had our evening meal here too, lovely food and quick service. Now, the absolute standout for this hotel is Caroline who was working in the restaurant, this woman is amazing. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble, she is an absolute credit to the hotel, she alone would be a reason to return, she is very good. Premier inn, look after this woman, she does you proud.

"Excellent!"
Excellent! We stayed here when visiting Legoland. It is a 15 minute drive away. Lovely clean rooms, comfortable beds and clean linen/towels. Staff were very accommodating when I needed to add an extra person on before our stay. Even though we had 3 beds (1 double, 2 single) there were still a good amount of space in the room. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the shopping centre and restaurants. Would recommend and I would stay here again đ

"Dirty & in need of refurbishment"
Room very worn and out of date (room #21)
Bathroom dirty: Dirty floor and skirting panels, Skirting cracked and stained. Bath and sink stained. Corroded sink drain. Very dirty around bath taps.
Silicone sealant around bath dirty / mouldy.
Anti-slip coating in bath (for shower use) was worn and therefore slippery.
Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
Check in was easy.
Large car park, no trouble finding space.
Good breakfast facilities and food was nice.
Stayed for two nights. After first night, room was not cleaned / used towels were not replaced.

We have stayed here many times and not been disappointed. Clean rooms and friendly staff. 5 minute walk to town center.
We had an evening meal in the restaurant and it was really good. A bit shout out to the lady with blonde hair ( in the restaurant ) She was lovely! She sang happy birthday to my son. She seemed to be doing all the jobs but still had a smile on her face.
Perfect location for Legoland.

Room was spacious and clean, restaurant area was modern and the choice for breakfast was better than others we have stayed at. Vicky who welcomed us at breakfast was friendly and kind
