Bracknell Central hotel

I’ve stayed at many Premier Inn locations over the years and don't normally feel the need to leave feedback, as they are consistently the same — you know what you're getting with Premier Inn :) However, our stay at the Bracknell Premier Inn exceeded expectations. We booked a family room, which was ideally located for easy access to Legoland—perfect for our young children. Directly across the road, within 5 minutes walking distance, there’s a lovely shopping centre with an excellent range of restaurants and dining options, which was a real bonus. There was also an arcade for my kids. The staff were welcoming but the real highlight was the room itself. It felt as though it had been recently refurbished. Everything was fresh, modern, and impeccably clean. We didn't book a Premier Plus room, but it felt like an upgrade. The bathroom, complete with both a bath and shower, was really nice and offered plenty of space for toiletries. The dual shower was powerful and spotlessly clean, Throughout the room, the carpets and walls were clean and well-maintained. Thoughtful touches made a noticeable difference —for example, the TV had an easily accessible HDMI port underneath, which was perfect for connecting my children’s Nintendo Switch, and there were conveniently placed plug sockets and USB ports beside the beds. There was plenty of parking, and on the hottest days in May the air conditioned rooms were a huge blessing. Overall, the room felt modern and well-designed, with small but impactful features that really enhanced our stay. We will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel. Room 55! Overall great experience only let down by sticky floors by bar and coffee machine and not all cutlery was clean on tables. Staff were exceptional in hotel and restaurant. Food was excellent, both at dinner and breakfast. Room was cool snd air conditioned ,A choice of a lighter duvet would be nice though n the hot weather.

Ticked all the right boxes. Quiet comfortable clean room. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Excellent breakfast. Thank you Viki for your cheerful welcome and service and Dimitak for cooking an wonderful breakfast. Will definitely return. Very good value throughout. Next time will try the new upgraded rooms

Fantastic friendly hotel ,I stay in various Premier Inns around the country and always find them good value for money , but Bracknell Central go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay with them . Vicky and Caroline hosts in the restaurant could not have done enough for us , and Wathow , the chef was equally as helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable , but I can honestly say our stay was made perfect by the staff who looked after us . We will definitely return in August , thank you to you all

Great location for Legoland. Our room was tired…. But I understand they are currently refurbishing! Little shop at the entrance very useful for forgotten bits! All staff we met were lovely. The meal deal was fantastic value for money!! Just want to say a big thankyou to Jess and the breakfast duty manager at ‘The Social’ the onsite restaurant. As a coeliac I felt well looked after with regards to the safety of my food. Just a shame the options were so limited (which I really hope your head office improve upon!) Jess was lovely with our party… chatty and friendly and really helpful. Right mix of friendliness. A credit to your restaurant. The lady at breakfast again was lovely and helpful. The schar muesli a real hit! Just wish I could buy it! (Home bargains didn’t have it sadly) I hope these comments find the restaurant as they really made our little break a great experience. I hope next time we come the rooms will be done to meet the standard of the rest.
