Bracknell Central hotel

Fantastic friendly hotel ,I stay in various Premier Inns around the country and always find them good value for money , but Bracknell Central go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay with them . Vicky and Caroline hosts in the restaurant could not have done enough for us , and Wathow , the chef was equally as helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable , but I can honestly say our stay was made perfect by the staff who looked after us . We will definitely return in August , thank you to you all

Great location for Legoland. Our room was tired…. But I understand they are currently refurbishing! Little shop at the entrance very useful for forgotten bits! All staff we met were lovely. The meal deal was fantastic value for money!! Just want to say a big thankyou to Jess and the breakfast duty manager at ‘The Social’ the onsite restaurant. As a coeliac I felt well looked after with regards to the safety of my food. Just a shame the options were so limited (which I really hope your head office improve upon!) Jess was lovely with our party… chatty and friendly and really helpful. Right mix of friendliness. A credit to your restaurant. The lady at breakfast again was lovely and helpful. The schar muesli a real hit! Just wish I could buy it! (Home bargains didn’t have it sadly) I hope these comments find the restaurant as they really made our little break a great experience. I hope next time we come the rooms will be done to meet the standard of the rest.

Rooms were lovely - stayed in the premium rooms, which were all right next to the restaurant so was handy. Always pleased with the upkeep in premier inns. Shout out to Jessica working the restaurant at night, brilliant with our boy and with us. She was also great at helping plan days out in town and what would work best, with handy tips! Vicky for breakfast was again very lovely; the place was empty ao she put cartoons on for our son to enjoy, he was very excited. Demitri, the cook, made such an icnredible breakfast we went back again before we left. Great location, walking distance to town as well as smaller shops and parks for kids. Great cost as well, decent prices for such high service and such clean rooms. Didn't hear any other patrons at all either.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room was visibly grubby and felt very outdated, with a strong damp smell throughout which made it uncomfortable to stay in. Cleanliness was clearly below the standard I would expect. On top of this, there was significant noise late at night, with people running up and down the corridor past 1am, making it very difficult to sleep. Breakfast was also disappointing. There were delays in hot food being topped up, and when items were available the quality was poor – burnt sausages and soggy hash browns. I did not raise these issues at the time as it was late and I did not want the disruption of moving rooms, however the problems were significant enough to impact the whole stay. Overall, this experience did not meet the expected standards for cleanliness or comfort, and I would not choose to stay here again.

We as a Family stayed overnight after a visit to Legoland from arriving we had a Great stay everyone was very helpful and friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and catered very well for all our families needs. Can’t praise it more highly Thank you
