Luton Town Centre hotel

Excellent place to stay - not your typical Premier Inn stay - and that’s down to the front of house staff!! Almost forgot the kitchen staff (Paul and Mandy). Manda is like a breath of fresh air. Nothing too much trouble. And that same ethos is passed down to her staff - all of which will ( not would) go the extra mile. We stay regularly and it’s like our home during the week. Tried other places over the past few years but nothing compares. Marks out of 5 - a big fat 10!!

A joke of a hotel. If youre looking for drugs and a bit of prostitution then this is the place for you.

Staff were friendly and helpful although was sometimes difficult to find someone as it seems there were only two staff for check-in and the entire bar and dining area. Whilst there are self-check-in machines, these didn't work. Bar and restaurant area were clean and tidy. Room smelled musty and wasn't really a nice smell to be around but you got used to it. The rooms could do with an update and re-paint job - it looks like someone has just done a slapdash job and not even tried to "colour within the lines". The bed was very comfy and room kept to a nice temperature given the hot weather. The bathroom was clean and was otherwise fine apart from the bathtub panelling having a huge hole. It's a Premier Inn, you get what you pay for and know what you are getting. If the bedrooms could be spruced up or at a minimum different cleaning products used and airing out of the rooms more that would be something. It does the job for one night.

We booked a double room . We arrived 23rdMay ... no glasses in the bathroom. Only 1 bath towel and on hand towel in the bathroom. Toilet had pubic hairs all over it. Told a member of staff to sort this . He said he would . Today came back after a great day at Wembley. No towels in the bathroom , no glasses, no milk for our coffee . And PUBIC HAIRS STILL ON THE TOILET ., this is the worst premier inn I have ever stayed in . I have never had to write a review like this , and as two business people , we stay in so many Premier Inns . I will be asking for my money back as the service was absolutely appalling.
