    Free parking is available at the NCP Regent Street Car Park (LU1 5FA) next door to the hotel. Guests can park on any floor available and tickets need to be validated with reception upon arrival. Please note the car park closes at 10pm and re-opens at 6am, 7 days week. Please note that there is a height restriction of 2m in place.

    "Nightmare night"
    We stopped for two night checked in at 3pm lady on reception was lovely helpful first nights sleep was good second night went to bed 11 o’clock as was getting up early to set back home had had five hour drive then at 12. The music and noise in the next room was unreal so phoned reception and the night porter came and asked them to be quiet the 30 mins later was even louder so yet again had to phone reception the again a hour later so then people banging on our door do finally hit back to sleep about 4 in the morning had to be up for 7.30 to head back home nightmare

    We always stay at this Premier Inn when we visit family in Luton. As usual the staff were really helpful and professional, rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will be back.
    "LUTON CITY CENTRE STAY"
    We stay with Premier Inns whenever we book a trip and largely know what standards to expect. What makes a difference is the staff we encounter, and in Luton, Manda made all the difference. Despite being chronically short-staffed, Manda did everything in her power to make our stay a genuine pleasure. Her ability to remain cheerful in the face of a range of customer demands was so impressive. Her naturally bubbly character shone like a beacon, and her engagement with all the customers was clearly evident. If Premier Inns had a Manda in every hotel, the whole group would be transformed!! Manda also made a point of showing her colleagues how a smile and a word of welcome make all the difference. Fabulous mentoring skills to boot!!

Blackout curtains and nets in room Aircon to keep room cool Walking distance to town centre Free parking in adjoining carpark (but bear in mind closes at 10pm & reopens at 6am) Friendly reception staff Restaurant on site Felt secure with personal room & key card to operate use of lift Negatives... Plug sockets don't work properly to charge phone A bit of noise from road Double bed not so comfortable Shower not powerful Bathroom rather small with shower no bath Carpet a bit grubby Area not so safe to walk about alone at night
    "Great Night"
    You don't often get a hotel close to a town centre with free parking available! Comfortable bed. Good shower. Nice facilities. Add to that a really bubbly receptionist (Manda) who was full of the joys of Spring) - and loved my wife's hat!
