    Free parking is available at the NCP Regent Street Car Park (LU1 5FA) next door to the hotel. Guests can park on any floor available and tickets need to be validated with reception upon arrival. Please note the car park closes at 10pm and re-opens at 6am, 7 days week. Please note that there is a height restriction of 2m in place.

    "Avoid if physically disabled"
    If you have any accessibility needs avoid this hotel completely. They will put you on the 5th floor that then contains a big lip into the bathroom that you can not get over with your wheelchair. Cleanliness not great. Lift difficult to use as they have duct tape all over the card sensor pad in multiple layers
    "BED BUGS!!"
    Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this hotel as we always have a good experience with premier inn. Unfortunately we woke early to find bed bugs in one of our rooms. My daughter was very upset and we had to quickly make sure her clothing and luggage had no bugs either as we didn’t want to take them with us!!! I have NEVER seen anything like them!! Spoke to front desk who helped as much as he could and in the end was advised to contact customer relations! Did receive a response from Premier Inn stating that they called an external company and they did in fact find bed bugs activity!!! Been told that we will be refunded for one room/night which is unacceptable as this experience has affected all of us!! Very very dissatisfied and would not be staying here ever again!!
    "Great Clean Hotel Just A Little Tired"
    It's a tired Premier Inn but it's clean, comfortable and friendly. Not many rooms have a bath, but we lucked out when we asked for one and ended up on the first floor in a very quiet room at the back of the hotel. Small bath and bathroom was in need of an upgrade, but it was functional and clean. We stayed two nights as we had to do a day trip from the airport to Inverness. Parking was free and easy and we took an Uber to and from the airport for about £13 each way. We went out into Luton Town for dinner, and found an Italian within easy walking distance (with good TA reviews). Honestly, the town is a bit intimidating at night and the food at the restaurant was average, so if doing it again, I'd either eat at the hotel or do Uber Eats. Friendly hotel, easy to use, a breeze for the airport and I would use again.
