    Free parking is available at the NCP Regent Street Car Park (LU1 5FA) next door to the hotel. Guests can park on any floor available and tickets need to be validated with reception upon arrival. Please note the car park closes at 10pm and re-opens at 6am, 7 days week. Please note that there is a height restriction of 2m in place.

    "As above"
    I'll start from the whole experience in Luton. Really bad customer service in Weather spoons and Steak out restaurant locally and really poor people. This however at the town centre Premier inn has been such different experience. Rooms are clean and tidy, the staff here are wonderful, Bronwyn and Kelsie have been attentive, friendly and nothing has been too much trouble. Look after these girls, they make the experience of staying here very pleasant and satisfying.

    We recently stayed to plan a family members funeral. I must say for a very sad occasion Bronwyn and Kelsie were stars each evening we were there making sure we had a great meal in the restaurant and made the most out of your 2 for £8 offer!! Thank you girls for cheering us up each evening we really appreciate it 🥰
    "Accessible room shower inadequate"
    I’m disabled and booked an accessible room which was a wet room. The whole of the bathroom floor was soaking wet and I slipped a few times. I’ve stayed on Premier inns with accessible shower cubicles which are much better. The rooms are beginning to look very tired and in need of decorating. On a positive note, the room was very clean, the bed really comfortable and the receptionist in the morning was lovely.

    Stayed once again for business and I was very well looked after. Bronwyn is a credit to the company- very attentive and great service. Comfortable and clean rooms and central location makes it ideal for business

The hotel is ideally situated for both business and leisure guests. Luton Town Railway Station is just 0.5 miles away, with connections to the North, and to London and the South. The hotel is just 2 miles from London Luton Airport and within easy reach of the M1 Junction 10. The Arndale Centre provides excellent shopping opportunities, with the Galaxy Leisure Centre offering a multi-screen complex and bowling facilities - all within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.
