      "Manda and Nathaniel"
⸻ I had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn recently, and I can’t say enough good things about the amazing service from Manda and Nathaniel! 🌟 Both of them went above and beyond—Manda was an absolute star, making sure everything was perfect at the bar and the restaurant, and Nathaniel was so friendly and efficient, handling everything from serving food to keeping the front desk running smoothly. Their attention to detail and warm, welcoming attitude made my stay truly memorable. Premier Inn is lucky to have them!
"This hotel desperately needs a refurb."
I’ll start with the positives. The beds were comfy, the air con in the room worked well and the breakfast was nice. Parking in the NCP next door was convenient - don’t forget to get your ticket validated and remember it’s closed between 10pm and 6am. Now for the not so good. The hotel is run down and shabby. It needs a complete refurb. Only one of the lifts (which wouldn’t fit a large wheelchair) works and that one has duck tape all over the buttons and key fob plates. The room was clean enough (a few cobwebs up high and I had to clean the bedside unit which looked like it had a bogey stuck to it - ewwwww!). The whole room looked the worse for wear; damage on the desk unit, carpet stained and worn, marks on the walls. The bathroom had definitely seen better days. The skirting boards were chipped and showed water damage, as did the floor. The vanity unit was stained and marked. The mastic seal around the bath was coming away. The toilet flush button was damaged. The whole bath/shower area could do with a thorough bleaching as it was marked and stained. And the “rainfall” shower was more like a light drizzle. Check in was incredibly slow - three staff but only one dealing with guests. The guy checking people in needs to work on his greeting skills - he barely spoke and it wasn’t the friendly welcome that you usually get at Premier Inn. If you want to get a decent meal, don’t expect the restaurant to be open. It seemed to have very limited opening hours. Like everything else, the restaurant was shabby and rundown.
      "Great customer service"
Great customer service here in Luton from Anna and Manda. Was great that they checked us in early. Very welcoming and down to earth and we look forward to the rest of our stay. They gave us loads of information about the local area and what Luton has to offer.
"Very poor customer service when it comes to sorting parking fines"
Stayed there a few times only to find I’ve had parking fines sent to me and I’ve ask them to deal with these and they never deal with this , even the guest relations team are just as bad , really poor for such a large company, I wish I’d never seen this place , really disappointed after they now want me to waste my time appealing it with the ncp parking , poor sevrvice
      "Warm welcome"
Absolutely lovely welcome. Very easy check in after a long motorway journey. Room was very clean and well laid out. Bathroom with a bath, which I much prefer to a shower. Comfortable bed and enough space for everything I needed. Just about all that is needed when away for a few days. I was greeted by Bronwyn on my arrival. Very helpful indeed.
