I had a lovely time while staying at premier in.
Afina and kelsie welcomed me with open arms from the moment i checked in.
My room was lovely and clean.
Will definitley be coming back again

"Nice stay"
Centrally located hotel, near the town centre. Room was well maintained and carparking was very close and free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stop again.

"NCP Parking Fine! Don’t trust just giving Premier Inn the car reg on booking!"
Be careful parking. I’ve received a fine from NCP which is the parking included with my premier inn booking. I booked the hotel through holiday extras including parking. At the hotel, the receptionist assured me multiple times that all I needed was to provide my vehicle registration and whether I had parked at regent street or the old court house. A few weeks later I have received a £100 fine, reduced to £60 if paid in 2 weeks. I’ve tried to appeal this with attachments of my bookings which states parking included and explained the situation. Their response was that the parking charge notice has been correctly issued as I was in breach of the T&Cs and should have paid directly in the car park upon arrival. I’ve tried to contact Premier Inn Luton Town Centre but no answer. It looks like I’m having to take the hit on the parking charge myself! Absolute joke.

"BED BUGS and SEWAGE!!! PREMIER INN"
This review is based on objective facts, not subjective opinion.
During my stay, I was bitten multiple times by bed bugs. This is not speculation, I personally saw the bed bugs in the room and provided clear photographic evidence of both the the resulting bites to my face and body. The situation escalated to the point where I required a full course of antibiotics due to the severity of the reaction.
I reported the issue, yet guest relations failed to respond for over a month. This lack of urgency in addressing a serious health and hygiene concern is unacceptable by any reasonable standard. I was ultimately forced to escalate the matter to the executive level just to receive any form of acknowledgment, which in all fairness was a quick response.
Despite being presented with photos of my bites, the hotel has refused to accept liability. This response demonstrates a concerning disregard for guest safety and accountability.
The facts are straightforward: there were bed bugs in the room, I suffered physical harm as a result, and the hotel failed to respond appropriately or in a timely manner. Although this was the least of my concerns, it's worth noting the room also had an awful stench of sewage pouring out of the bathroom. Potential guests should be aware of both the health risk and the lack of adequate customer support when issues arise.
