    The stay was absolutely phenomenal! The service was warm and attentive, especially the hospitality provided by Shobana was great and the breakfast spread was a delicious way to start each day—fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented.

    I had a wonderful experience at Premier Inn Luton South M1 J9, largely due to Shobana’s exceptional service. Her warm smile and cheerful welcome instantly made me feel valued and at ease. She went above and beyond by assisting with my luggage without me even needing to ask, which was a thoughtful and kind gesture. In contrast, I’ve stayed at this hotel before and encountered an older lady at check-in who was far less welcoming. She didn’t make eye contact or offer a smile, which made the experience feel cold and impersonal. Shobana’s professionalism and warmth truly stood out and made this visit memorable for all the right reasons. I hope to see more staff like her in the future!

So whether you're jetting off or staying put, you'll find we're a great place to stay. Watch the penguins catch fish at Whipsnade Zoo. Or catch one of your favourite bands at Wembley Arena. Take the kids to see the wizardry behind the Harry Potter films at the Warner Bros Studios, or just enjoy a peaceful stroll over Dunstable Downs. Then come back to the hotel for some lovely food at the restaurant next to our hotel and a great night's sleep in a comfy bed.
