      "Amaizing time"
      The lady’s in reception were amaizing and tried to help in any way possible to solve my problem. The best Shobana and Nelly( manager).
      "Excellent!"
      The room was clean and comfortable, everything was made available! The bed was cosy. Staff were nice, welcoming and friendly. Parking was easy and convenient. Very happy with our stay ❤️
      "5* Experience"
      I would like to say a very big thank you to Nilima and her team, including Sandra on reception for their very warm welcome. I stay with Premier Inn often. Nilima's attention to detail is second to none. She had popped some fruit teas in my room as she knows I don't drink tea or coffee. How incredibly thoughtful! The hotel is clean, plenty of parking and just off the M1, so very convenient. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
      "A grotty experience"
      This hotel is really shabby and not up to the usual Premier Inn standard. There was a full skip in the car park and the entrance was dirty with paint flaking off the exterior and cigarette butts on the floor. Whilst the service from the staff member was good, the first room we were given was an interlocking one with no sound insulation between the rooms so we could hear every word the family next door uttered. The next room was quieter and had just been painted, but there was rust on the shower head, the sealant around the shower was really grotty, the loo didn't flush properly, the light switch on the bedside light was faulty and it was generally grotty. This wasn't a relaxing or enjoyable stay.
      "Not clean and poor service"
      On arrival at 3am after a flight, the receptionist was asleep and seemed most disgruntled that we woke her. She said barely two words to us and put the key on the counter. We were exhausted so went to bed and set an alarm for 11:30 so we could be up and out before the check out deadline. At 10:30 a member of staff entered our room. No knocking or anything. This woke us all up and alarmed us all. As a result we all got up and prepared to leave as we no longer felt comfortable there. On entering the bathroom, it was clear it was filthy. Heavy scaling and mildew all around the shower. So we opted to leave and shower at home. When about to leave, we noticed debris on the carpet from the previous guests. Neither customer service nor standards of cleanliness are anywhere near acceptable at this Premier Inn.
