    "Poo gate."
    The booking in process was terrible, the computer never works properly in this hotel and staff are required to complete the check in process every time. However there is then a long wait for a member of staff to appear from a room next to reception. When you book three rooms for a family to stay in you expect to get rooms close to each other not spread throughout the hotel. Also this booking was on the system for at least 3 months in advance. On entry to the room the toilet had poo in it and there was only one towel. I then have to faff around asking for towels after check in. Overall not a good experiance for us this time, improvements need to be made before I would book again at this hotel.
    "Nice enough room but dirty bathroom"
    Booked a Premier Plus room, not a vast difference from a normal room but does have a small fridge and an ironing board. Comes with the option of ultimate WiFi but it’s impossible to log on to it so gave up Bathroom was not as clean as it could be. Large pile of dust behind door, dust over soap dispenser, unclean toilet seat and the shower riser hadn’t been cleaned at all.
    "Not as good as we've been used to."
    A very disappointing stay. Have stopped at many Premier Inn over many years both business and leisure. This was a family occasion. Receptionist was very curt and even rude at one point and no welcome offered. Rooms/ bathrooms were not cleaned to the expected standards. Breakfast was lukewarm borderline cold. Only plus was the price we paid. Makes you question whether to try a competitors offering next time.
    "Terrible 2 night stay"
    Very poor cleanliness - I discovered an empty Coke bottle (from a previous guest) under one of the beds on the first night. The basin in the bathroom was also not spotless on arrival. Poor quality cooked breakfast. The veggie sausages were shrivelled and the mushrooms appeared to have been cooked in a microwave. At dinner on the first night my son ordered the mini doughnuts for dessert - they came out hot but one was still frozen in the middle. The check-in process on arrival was slow and complex, took at least 20 minutes as the self-service machine did not work. The staff member tried her best to assist but the computer systems are appalling. By far the worst Premier Inn we have ever stayed in

    Fantastic service and help from Ella at the Premier Inn Dunstable South (a5) Watling st. Couldn't have been more polite, cheerful or helpful.
