    "Terrible 2 night stay"
    Very poor cleanliness - I discovered an empty Coke bottle (from a previous guest) under one of the beds on the first night. The basin in the bathroom was also not spotless on arrival. Poor quality cooked breakfast. The veggie sausages were shrivelled and the mushrooms appeared to have been cooked in a microwave. At dinner on the first night my son ordered the mini doughnuts for dessert - they came out hot but one was still frozen in the middle. The check-in process on arrival was slow and complex, took at least 20 minutes as the self-service machine did not work. The staff member tried her best to assist but the computer systems are appalling. By far the worst Premier Inn we have ever stayed in

    Fantastic service and help from Ella at the Premier Inn Dunstable South (a5) Watling st. Couldn't have been more polite, cheerful or helpful.

    Great place to stay, lovely friendly reception. The room and especially the bathroom were very clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    Very big beds enough for family room and very comfortable.The room was very warm and everything that we needed was there.
    "Worst Premier Inn and lodging experience ever"
    Premier Inn Dustable South was the worst lodging I have ever stayed in. We had to change rooms 4 times. Each time, we found the room filthy, from hair on the bed, to black stains on the pillow, to used interdental balanced on the handwash bottle above the wash basin. The carpets, both in the rooms and the hallways were littered with white bits which looked like tissues. In addition, the receptionist did not seem to care. We asked why the rooms were not cleaned properly, she did not answer but just found another room for us. Each time, we had to carry our bags up the stairs, walking through the filthy corridor. And each time, we showed her pictures of the rooms as we found them. Frankly, the lack of basic standards in this Premier Inn is astonishing.
