Dunstable / Luton hotel

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This is classic hotel where you get what you pay for. The hotel looks a little dated and the adjoining pub, the Halfway House is now closed, which is a shame. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, well sized and functional. A decent stay.

We have used this hotel several times over many years as it’s convenient for the Airport. After driving 2 hours we were told there’s no restaurant available and we had the choice of eating a meal deal at Tesco or the pub down the road, we opted for the pub which is a ten minute walk and was greeted with the kitchen was closed for the day. So it was the delights of sandwich from the supermarket. Where was the email to say the restaurant was closed ? Absolutely appalling behaviour from the Premier Inn and I will know seriously look at the Travelodge which is the other side of the M1 when next flying out of Luton airport.

Awful experience. Checked in late afternoon for a flight early next day. Restaurant and all facilities closed so no means to get food or drink. Lady at reception was clearly embarrassed for the shocking situation that Premier inn is now in. Shambles and should be renamed. Nothing PREMIER about this. Room was dirty and dusty as well .

Excellent service very welcoming
