      "Terrible"
Unfortunately we had a really bad experience! Staff was rude, the room was dirty and the food was very limited due to staff not turning up so putting very inexperienced staff into the kitchen. We got to the hotel late due to travel for a family wedding. Where unfortunately the room didn't have the correct amount of beds. We booked a family room whoever when getting there we was only given a double bed and one single. So we had to request another single plus a travel cot and that hadn't been put in either. Staff was very unprofessional when coming to the room and rather rude in comments. We asked if we could change rooms and was told no. We explained we needed a larger room and told that was the biggest they had. We asked if possible to transfer hotels and was told no again. This all happened very late evening around 10.20pm we had 3 small children and staff wasn't bothered and didn't rush to provide the extra beds. The room it's self was dirty all marks on the walls and dust everywhere. The bathroom was also dirty and not even the toilet roll had been replaced just an opened semi used loo roll placed in there. I had to was the bath down before using it due to dust and dirt. Nothing had clearly been cleaned between guests. We tried to speak to reception the next morning as not only was the room terrible the guests in the next room was very loud and had woke us up at 6am the next morning. However no staff where available to speak to us. Every time you went to reception there was no staff around at all. The Sunday morning breakfast was terrible. The cook hadn't turned up so a young member of staff had been put into the kitchen. She was telling guests she didn't know what to do and guests was advertising her on how to cook everything. There was 3 other members of staff sat together on a table and when asked if they was going to help they said they couldn't. The buffet section had also run almost empty and wasn't restocked. When we was leaving the eating area staff could be heard in the reception area moaning about their day and one was heard saying she was ready to walk out. This was all happening Infront of guests and clearly no managers was around. The hotel it's self in the stairs well and lift area was dirty and there was a very nasty smell around the hotel. All marks on walls and the floors also looked untouched.
      "Value room"
For £56 for a family room great value. Room was clean etc. No issues. Parking in the multi-storey was very expensive so would check ahead of time the rates. It was £11 for Sunday 8pm to Monday 9.30am. It was a bank holiday. 4 people in room, 2 adults 2 children. Comfortable enough for an overnight stay.
      "Bedford visit"
Another excellent stay with Premier Inns this time in Bedford. The hotel,is well situated by the River Great Ouse. River view rooms are available.Lovely Breakfast. Easy access to the rail and bus stations and the Higgins Museum and John Bunyan museum
      "Evening Meal"
Went for meal and drinks in evening. Food was great and staff really friendly and polite. Would strongly recommend this place for meal. Restaurant was clean and service was prompt. Will definitely go again when in area. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you soon.
      "Premier riverside Bedford"
This has got to be the best premier that we have stayed in. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The food was excellent and the bedroom brilliant. Special shout out to Lorna the cook who promoted the sites and things to do in Bedford. The hotel is very clean with great views over the river.
