    "Shocking."
    Abysmal stay. Check in was from 3pm, I got there at 3:15pm and was told my room wasn’t ready, despite me only needing a double room. Reception didn’t offer to move my room, so I had to wait for 40 minutes until my room was ready. The room was comfortable, but on the third day of my stay I requested a room clean with reception at 7pm. Upon my return to my room the following day at 8pm, my room hadn’t been cleaned. We requested fresh linen down at reception, saying that I was happy to clean the room myself- this was a mistake as the gentleman on reception was told to “not help yet”, leading me to wait a total of 50 minutes for simply some fresh linen. Me and my friends were offered a free coffee by the receptionist, but upon collecting that free coffee the same receptionist asked if she “could help us”, and that if we hadn’t payed for the coffee it would be “added to the tab on the room”. After all of that time, we went back to the room and a pile of fresh line had been put on the bed. One would think that 50 minutes would give the staff enough time to make one double bed. I will not be returning, the staff are overworked and undertrained. I do not know how a brand as “successful” as premier in maintain a positive reputation, they do not deserve it.

    Do not stay at this hotel . This place is fraudulent, do not give them your credit card. I repeat do not give them your credit card.

    Me and my daughter stayed in the hotel on Thursday, and was treated really well, Joanne was very helpful, friendly, cheerful. The room was very clean, and tidy.

We are also within an easy reach of Milton Keynes, Northampton, Cambridge and Luton, as well as Wrest Park, Bedford Swan and Woburn Abbey if you are in town for a special occasion.
