Jersey St Helier (Bath Street) hotel

Came for the Jersey Bulls V Hastings Football. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast good. The staff very good and friendly. Big shout out to Emily, Billie and Michael also. Thank you. David

Once again Premier Inn delivers ‘what it says on the tin’. Room very clean with additional pillows and bedding if required. Super powerful shower with good supply of towels and shower gel Breakfast is very good value for money with a wide range of products: toast, pastries, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, tea, coffee, milk, oat milk, fruit juice, sausage, bacon, tomato, beans, fried eggs ( will poach if requested), mushroom. Requested a replacement hairdryer as the one in the room broke. This arrived to our room within 5 mins Allowed us to securely leave our luggage prior to check-in which meant we could enjoy our day without having to lug it around with us.

Excellent stay Clean room,comfy bed. Very quiet at nighttime making it easy to get a good nights sleep. Staff were so helpful,letting us check in early after a long journey and always polite and friendly during our stay. Breakfast was good,lots of options. Location is excellent,easy to get to restaurants,shops(all within 10 mins walk) bus station is around 15mins walk and very easy to get to and from the airport on the bus and cheap, We will be back

Stayed for a long weekend. The hotel was in a good location within walking distance of the main shops, restaurant's and bus station. The hotel was clean, reception staff friendly. The room was big. There was a drop off point outside the hotel for our car to pick us up and a free bag storage facility. This would have been a five star review until the last day (A Monday). We paid on a daily for the full buffet breakfast every morning. The first two days were excellent. The third day was very disappointing, there was no cooked buffet breakfast as advertised. Instead a member of staff served the cooked breakfast to the table. There was no follow-up to see if we required anything else so it wasn’t unlimited as the menu stated it should be. The bread and pastry shelves were empty and had not been replenished. Photo attached was at 9.45 – restaurant closed at 10.30. A group of people came down and asked for bread and croissants. Bread was produced about 10 minutes later, the croissants about 5 minutes after that. These products quickly went as there were a lot of people waiting for them. Another guest asked for tangerines as the fruit bowl contained just two apples, a tangerine was handed to her but the bowl wasn’t replenished. The orange juice had run out and the apple juice also ran out before the restaurant closed - fortunately we managed to get a glass. I have stayed in Premier Inns before and found the unlimited Buffett breakfast as one of the highlights. I appreciate the need to cut down on wastage, but the service wasn’t as advertised. It wasn't the usual buffet style and it was a bit embarrassing to have to keep going up and asking for everything. I would stay here again but would be mindful about paying for the breakfast.

Very great place to stay. Friendly staff and spacious rooms and hotel in general. Clean and great breakfast and dinners. Special mention to Aneka! What wonderful polite, helpful and friendly service she provided myself and my family at dinner, really added to a great experience here. Highly recommend staying.
