There is limited free 24-hour parking for guests at the rear of the Hotel. We have additional spaces in a shared car park that can be used during the hours of 18.30 to 08.30 only. Please use sat nav post code GY1 2HU for parking. Exit the car park through the main door and the Hotel is on the right. 

If travelling to the hotel by taxi, we recommend you to pre-book 2 or more weeks prior to your stay. If not pre-booked alternatively there are buses available or a taxi, however the wait time could be expected to be up to 1 hours wait.

"Fabulous stay"
We had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean and convenient with parking nearby and the staff were all very welcoming. A special shout out to Wycliffe (assistant manager) who was outstanding - very friendly and happy to share his knowledge of the island with us, and answer the numerous questions we had! Altogether an outstanding and better than expected stay. Thank you to all.
"Lovely Experience"
We had a lovely experience from check in till we checked out 4 nights later. We had a lovely room good wifi and tea/coffee/fridge facilities. We did the meal deal which suited our needs for breakfast and evening meal., and it also has a bar for a evening tipple if required. The staff were all very pleasant but a special thank you to Sarah and Hannah who are an asset to the hotel and made us very welcome. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from the main St. Peters Port which wasn't really a problem for us but could be if you have any mobility issues. We hired a car and had no problem with parking either. All in all a really enjoyable stay would recommend.
"It’s Premier Inn! A bit of a walk to the action but plenty of buses right outside."
It’s Premier Inn so you know exactly what to expect. Very happy with our stay in what looks to be a new building. Staff were excellent. Did not use the restaurant. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the marina and bus station (download the bus app!)along the seafront…it’s not a great walk as the road is busy and it’s a bit grotty. However, thre is a bus stop right outside with very frequent service (airport is easy). There is a Waitrose opposite that is handy for a meal deal/snack/breakfast in the cafe.
"A pleasant enough hotel"
We stayed for 7 nights on our first visit to Guernsey. Generally everything was satisfactory-the bedroom in particular being well appointed and better than the average Premier Inn room we have experienced. The hotel was quiet and the comfy bed provided a good nights rest. We are not in favour of the policy of having to notify when a room service is required. Our experience in this regard was rather hit or miss whether the request was actioned. The onsite restaurant which we tried twice was not to our liking. Overall, however, we had a decent stay although we shall try an alternative hotel the next time we visit the island, somewhere more central in StPeter Port.
"Brilliant staff and accessible accommodation was given on asking which was great customer service."
Lovely staff great communication and very quick to assist when we asked to change rooms for one with a shower as I had difficulty in getting in the bath of the original room. All staff were polite friendly and helpful. Good location opposite Waitrose so if you are looking for grab and go food it’s on the doorstep. Lovely island to explore and buses are frequent.
