How far in advance can I book?

You can make bookings up to 12 months in advance on the mobile app.

I haven’t got a booking reference number

You may not have a booking reference number due to:

a) a technical problem which meant you weren’t issued one when you made your booking
b) you have forgotten or mislaid it.

Whatever the reason, please call Central Reservations on 0871 527 9235* for assistance. Lines are open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays. 

Can I make a group booking?

You can book up to four rooms at a time using this app. If you’d like to book more than four rooms please visit the: Group Bookings Page, or call 0871 527 9235* to speak to an advisor. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm.

We recommend you view the Premier Inn website from a PC, Mac or laptop for the best experience. 

How many people do family rooms accommodate?

Most Premier Inns have family rooms that can accommodate a family of up to two adults and two children (aged 15 and under), in a spacious, family sized room. Premier Inn can provide cots at no extra charge.

Why can't I book a room for three adults or more?

Premier Inn doesn’t allow more than two adults to stay in a room. You’ll need to book two rooms or more if you have three or more adults in your party. 

At Premier Inn guests aged 16 years and above are classed as adults.

How do I book a stay for more than nine nights?

Bookings for more than nine nights cannot be made online or on the app. Please call Central Reservations on 0871 527 9235* to make your booking if you’d like a room for more than nine nights. Lines are open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays. 

Is my booking guaranteed?

The credit, debit or Business Account card details you provide at time of booking guarantees your booking. You can view your booking once it has been made from My bookings on this app.

I want to make a booking for one night but your system only has availability if I select to stay longer, why is that?

The reason you are unable to book for the date(s) required is due to limited availability. A small number of rooms are held for those guests who wish to stay for a longer duration and at present these are the only rooms available. If there’s no availability at the Premier Inn you’re looking for, we’ll show you alternative hotels with availability nearby.

What is Premier Inn's cancellation policy?

If you’ve booked our Flex rate you’ve got until 1pm on the day you are due to arrive to cancel or change your booking. If you make your cancellation after 1pm on arrival day, you will be charged for one night's accommodation. 

When you cancel your booking, we will give you a cancellation reference number. Please make a note of this number for proof of your cancellation. 

If you have booked a room for more than one night and need to cancel your final night's booking, please do so by 12 noon on the day you want to depart.

If you've booked a Saver rate, this is a non refundable rate and no amendments or cancellations can be made to the booking.

Are my payment card details safe?

Yes. This is a secure app, so all the details you enter as part of your booking are stored safely.

Will you charge my payment card in order to guarantee my booking?

We ask for your payment card details so that we can guarantee your booking. 

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so before 1pm on the day you're due to arrive. Cancellations made after 1pm will result in the full amount per room for the first night only being charged to your card.

If you've booked a Saver rate you can't cancel or make changes to your booking. 

How do I change my booking?

If you need to amend your booking, please call the Customer Contact Centre (0871 527 9235*) quoting your booking reference number. One of our advisors will be happy to help you. 

Please note: if you need to amend your booking on the day of arrival, this must be done by 1pm.

Important: If you have booked a Saver rate, this is a non refundable rate and no amendments or cancellations can be made to the booking.

When do I pay my bill?

Payment is taken on booking or arrival depending on your chosen rate.
