    "Staff are very friendly"
    We come here every year for speedway but now we come to do our Christmas shopping in Cardiff instead since speedway doesnt come here anymore, we always meet family here on the day we arrive so we get to spend time with them as well, tbh i wouldn't stay anywhere else as the staff are lovely and very helpful plus we have started bringing my daughters assistant dog as well which makes it even more enjoyable for her

    Amazing staff! Kit the manager goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is catered for! Charmaine the receptionist is my personal hero! Always make me laugh and feel welcome on arrival and departure Cleaners! Too many to name personally are always on hand before 2pm to make sure my room is spotless! I couldn’t complement this hotel enough. And steve the Mainteneance man is the funniest human ever 😊
    "Very dated and worn hotel"
    The staff were very helpful and friendly. This was the best of the 2 in the aera, in great need of renovation, the rooms were very warn down, the bathroom fans don't work and the bathrooms smell.

    Decent hotel really. Fairly clean a little bit tired in places. Nice and quiet room. Food not too bad. It’s not five star but it’s value for money

    Great little hotel tucked in behind a lovely pub. Service was good, air con worked a treat, and there wasn't any extra noise from traffic or neighbouring sites. A great night's sleep and the breakfast next door was top notch.
