    Directions:

    Take M4(J42), and then the A483 towards the city centre. After passing Sainsburys on the left and Salubrious Place on the right, turn right at the next lights.Then turn immediately right again. The NCP is adjacent to the cinema and hotel. PLEASE NOTE: No right turn at Wind St from the M4 direction.

    Checked in fine with no problem, later returned to hotel at 3am to be told guests were not allowed to stay ended up stranded with nowhere to stay after spending £90 for the room and no refund or alternative accommodation. Staff were rude with very little care, found cannabis in the bathroom upon arrival, will not be returning.

    Booked a family room here for myself , 2 friends going for a night out , room was just as expected . Upon our return looking forward to sleep after a night out we were told ,we couldn't & couldn't get our bags belongings either !!!! £88 for a room this hotel wouldn't let us sleep in . No reason given no refund given , joke & total bs.....will be complaining to head office sept 25.

    Filthy room. Dust all over the headboard and stains all over the bedsheets. Nobody was manning the reception, even pressed the bell a few times no response.

    I highly recommend this hotel. All the staff there are super lovely, the check in and out was so quick and there very reliable when you need help!. Good location, not too loud. The bedrooms are perfect and it was so tidy! All the supplies you need are there.

    Claire (Clare) helped us get a room. After we had a tired and stressful day of 3 AirBnb cancellations of accommodation bookings, and other places fully booked. Claire and her colleague went over and beyond with their excellent customer service in Premier Inn Swansea City Centre, they made us feel comfortable. Claire is a very hard-working proactive worker who multitasks and works well under stress, and delivers service efficiently, with a smile. We were always happy to be in her company the few nights we stayed from 21 August 2025. Please acknowledge her hard work. Thank you Marlon and 3 others.
