"Very welcoming and amazing staff"
Amazing hotel, the staff went above and beyond. Behind the bar issy, Mel, and Stacey, great service anything we needed was met. Manager Sam was super helpful, a few things went wrong with drinks and food which happens, but was set straight in seconds and went the extra mile to make us feel looked after! Would highly recommend our stay!
"Avoid at all costs"
Filthy room and shower disgusting smell of smoke and empty shower body wash worst premier inn I’ve stayed in and for £160 for the night I expected a lot better
"Stereophonics Weekend"
The bus stop to Cardiff city centre is outside the hotel costing £5 for two one way. We travelled to and from the stadium with no need for taxi's. The last bus we caught back to the hotel was 11.40. The bar was still open when we returned. We had a lovely stay and will be back if we visit Cardiff again.
"Welcoming and professional "
The team at the Premier Inn at Cardiff North, delivered a great pair of rooms (as ever). They were very well presented, clean, tidy with all the usual fixtures and fitting working well. It's probably one of our favourite Premier Inns to stay at, with efficient and extremely welcoming staff. Keep it up!
"Wonderful Staff!!"
I travelled from NYC to Cardiff to visit my family. The hotel is lovely, with really friendly staff; my favorite was Stacy. Stacy is incredibly! Whether she was tending bar at night, or bussing tables in the early morning, her interactions with every single patron were warm, kind and energetic. Having someone make that extra effort to engage with you makes such a difference. If there is ever a position available for customer relations, Stacy should be considered!!
