Directions:

Follow the Cardiff Bay Link Road (A4232) into Cardiff Bay. At Queens Gate Roundabout, take the exit onto A4234. Follow the A4234 over two roundabout leading onto Hemingway Rd. Turn left onto Lloyd George Ave (A470) then turn left onto Bute Pl. The hotel will be on your left.

Guests should get their parking tickets validated on the table at the main door in Reception before departure to receive the discounted rate. "Well Located Cardiff Bay Hotel"
Hotel is well located and it is just a few minutes walk to all of the restaurants in the main Cardiff Bay area. We booked a Premier Plus Room which was located on the 5th floor which even had a distant sea view. The room was lovely and spacious and very quiet so we slept very well. Parking is available in the adjacent Q-Parking Multi Storey Car Park which is literally a 1-2 minute walk away and provides safe parking. Staying at the Hotel you receive a discount on the parking so 24 Hours was a mere £11.20 which I thought was very good value. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our short stay here. I will certainly use Premier Inn again if we stay in this area again or when we look elsewhere as they offer excellent value for money and the rooms are always excellent. Thank you.
"3.00pm check in a pain!"
Odd practice of no check in until after three. After traveling for 6 hours, arrived at 2.30, but had to sit around for 30 minutes until the 3 o'clock curfew was lifted.
"Terrible stay"
Premier rooms booked and every day had to complain that rooms were not serviced properly on arrival or throughout our stay even though reception were contacted each day as per their terms. Air con only down to 19degs, beds never made, coffee pods, towels, water, sweet treats etc not replenished. Staff seemed invisible except for bar/reception but only saw a total of 3 throughout our stay. Wouldn't go there again. Very disappointed.
"Nothing worked (staff or mechanical!)"
Very slow check in, self check in machines all broken, no lifts working. Unless a partial refund come our way we will be avoiding Premier Inns in future.
"Good first visit"
Helpful friendly staff rooms far better appointed than I expected can highly recommend their plus room upgrade. I was pleased to see there was a good quality coffee machine bottled water in the fridge and even some green and blacks chocolate bars. surprisingly good at this price point.
