Directions:

Leave the M4 J32 at the roundabout take the 5th exit onto the A470 signed posted Merthyr Tydfil. After appox 10 miles take the A4059 signed posted Aberdare, continue over the roundabout and at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Fffordd Tirwaun (signed posted Riverside Retail Park), the hotel is on the retail park.

"Oasis 2025"
The service was amazing... the staff so so nice... special shout to the lively and lovely Debs and the very attractive Kayleigh.. what a pair made our trip that extra special xx thank you Girls... till next time xx
"Bad experience"
£15 charge to check in before 3pm i had to atend a wedding at 3pm so I had no choice to pay £15 charge because my wife need to do her hair and so on and the room was ready at 1pm discussed never stay there again i rather slept in the car. But the wedding was fantastic.

Restaurant and reception staff were the nicest and most helpful I have ever met. All went beyond to assist my walking group with places to visit. Researching on our behalf, providing leaflets and directions. Arranged taxis and assisted with food recommendations. Thank you
"Lovely clean and comfortable room"
Lovely clean and comfortable room. Staff were super friendly. Very basic but well worth the money. Food in the pud was OK, nice clean and friendly place. Plenty of parking and very easy to find. Only negative was no Iron in the room but other than this I would highly recommend.
"Comfy accessible room, great staff team"
Accessible room was set out well, the bathroom was fully accessible and easy to use. Staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The only small downside is the limited number of disabled parking spaces adjacent to the hotel.
