    "Quite nice"
    The view is very beautiful and the surroundings are very nice, with River Tay. You also have the very important places VERY close by, e.g. train station, a massive Tesco's, Overgate mall, and the V&A design museum. The dining hall in Beefeaters at the hotel is great and spacious and enjoyable to sit in, but the food could be a bit better too, though it was still a great breakfast. The rooms were not very big and they could be a bit cleaner but still nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in/out was quick and efficient, and overall it was pretty good!!! 😍

    Internet was slow. Everything else was great, employees were great when I needed a room change, extra towels and other things. Restaurant is nice, staff there is also great.
    "Poor cleaning service"
    The cleaning service was poor. We requested for the towels to be changed and the room to be cleaned before noon, as per hotel policy, but in multiple occasions this was not done. When we reported the issue, the staff was dismissive. We will not stay at this Premier Inn again.

    Great hotel, spotlessly clean and staff are always lovely. Stayed a few times and will always go back. Location is fantastic as well

    Hotel is in great location and has a lovely outdoor seating area at the back on the river. Rooms are lovely and clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was a wee bit disappointing but good value all round.

    The River Tay is right in front of the hotel, and a great stay is stretching out ahead of you too, at Premier Inn Dundee Centre. We're just five minutes walk from all the shops, and close to the lively concerts at Slessor Gardens on the waterfront too. Scott's Discovery Ship is waiting for you in the harbour, and there are plenty of other discoveries to be made. What about a round of golf at legendary St Andrews?
