"Really nice room with lovely breakfast."
Room was extremely clean, had tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. Hairdryer, fan and iron all provided in the room. Bed was super comfy. Only negative, which was an oversight and not a big issue, the tea/coffee tray was not replenished on our arrival. Reception have it readily available to pick up, but our room was quite far from reception and it was a bit inconvenient having to trek back down to collect some. But that was the only negative. Overall it was a great stay. Breakfast was really nice. Good selection and well cooked.
"Great service"
Nice location, standard room for a good price. The staff we interacted with provided their best service . Carla from the breakfast team was really nice and helpful, also the gentle from the night shift :)
"Peaceful and simple with a beautiful view"
An underrated waterside location - small and quaint, with simple, budget rooms but a surprisingly elaborate restaurant menu and a gorgeous view of the River Clyde and surrounding area. Easy to park, easy to walk along the water and see local nature. I went there to look for some peace and quiet and found it. I'll be back soon!
"Staff and rooms ok but no beer available!"
Staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable however there was no draught beers available in the bar due to ongoing late dray delivery problems and building was in a tatty state outside with peeling paint and rotten woodwork etc
"Give a miss"
This hotel is dated and needs a total refurb. All the furnishings were damaged and really needs replacing For the price per night not worth it. Its in a prime location but is let down by thr dated facilities. I was expecting a nice little pub/ restaurant to use but it looked very run down at first glance i thought it had closed down. Needs totally refurbing
