"Terrible, couldn't upload photo"
Terrible experience, hot water coming out of cold taps, then no hot water in sink. Debris left over the floor from maintenance worker. No towel change as requested.
"A Comfortable Stay"
The recent refurbishment was well carried out and food was acceptable. The bedroom was very comfortable but the bath/shower area was too high from the floor and possibly dangerous due to possible slipping on the wet surfaces and lack of hand holds in the correct place. Car parking is chargeable and the pay point is not too obvious. Good access for bus and tram. Totally recommended for a short stay while visiting Edinburgh
"Decent budget hotel."
Can't complain about the affordability or the location. It's a budget hotel and it does everything that's expected for the price. The tram into town is only a couple of minutes walk around the corner and it is ideally situated near the Newhaven waterfront.
"Excellent stay for Husbands 65th Birthday"
We have have just returned from a four night stay and we were initially a bit concerned after reading some previous reviews, we had no need to worry at all, All the staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble, our room had recently been refurbished and was Immaculate, we had no complaints at all, we had breakfast at the Brewers Fayre next door and again All the staff were really friendly and were spot on regarding Allergens, the Breakfast was really good, if something is missing off the buffet you only need to ask and it would be replenished, thanks for a great stay.we will be back and definitely recommend this Premier Inn.
"A Good Stay (with a couple of niggles)"
Exactly what you'd expect from a Premier Inn, better value than the city centre. Our room had been refurbished so everything was fresh and immaculately clean. There were refurbishments ongoing at the hotel and the area was not cordoned off so we did end up walking through part of the works area. It should really be sealed off to the public. The room has no air-conditioning and was too warm.
