"Great location and staff !"
Great location for accessing theatres and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff, room clean and bed comfortable. Free wi-fi not the best but it didn’t affect us.
"Good value for money"
Overall the room was very clean, the bed was comfy. The bathroom could have been cleaner though but did not effect the stay. The room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast which was good. The carpark would benefit of being slightly larger.
"Typical Premier Inn but parking is horrendous"
The hotel is as you would expect of a Premier Inn. Friendly and helpful staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Room was clean and tidy and bed extremely comfortable as usual. The only difference we noticed (as regular Premier Inn users) was that the walls seemed thinner than others we've stayed in. We could clearly hear the people in the room next door talking well into the night which made it quite difficult to get to sleep. The hotel exterior is a bit old and tired looking but inside was fine. Breakfast was the usual, cooked or continental option. No complaints. The only bad point is the parking. It is absolutely horrendous. Tiny car park for a massive hotel. Very small tight spaces and people parking in places that were not spaces making it impossible to get through the underground parking part. We luckily managed to get a space at the back however this has put us off returning as parking is so bad.
"Lovely experience"
Very friendly staff and clean room. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning and was very surprised when a member of staff gave us Easter gifts for the kids and a card. So unexpected, but lovely…………………………………………………………………………………………….,,,,,Ole!
"Accommodation fine, dinner rank."
The Premier is a decent budget hotel. For the most part it is good value. The staff are typically friendly and helpful. The Aberdeen City Centre hotel is no exception. Although a bit tired looking, I can’t fault it for the price. Sadly the evening meal was absolutely awful. The calamari starter was as acceptable as anything you’d find in Farmfoods. Cheap and cheerful but fills a hole. The chicken and ham main was inedible. More pie than chicken and ham it tasted mostly of dirty oven. It’s that way when the oven is filled with stoor and it smokes contaminating any food cooked in it. Needless to say it was left uneaten. Breakfast the following morning was fine.
