"A Very Uncomfortable Night "
Budget hotel.Self service check in One of the machines was broken and one of the lifts was out of service. Could not check in until 3pm so relaxed in the bar. Vending machines in the lobby Very central to town Room was big and clean.Coffe facilities and a hairdryer Big bright bathroom shower over bath Big TV with Sky Super fast WiFi at extra daily charge Tap water cloudy with lime scale in it. Key card access to room and lifts Breakfast £10 extra Bedding clean but I had issues with the heavy duvet felt suffocating and the pillows were very heavy and lifeless. The mattress was very unforgiving and as I have a bad back and shoulders I was uncomfortable all night I mentioned it to Anna the manager. Aircon kept the room warm very silently and there was no noise in the corridor all night. £73 for the night Let down by the sleeping experience
"I would stay again"
What lovely staff, always friendly and helpful.Thank you for a relaxing stay. I did not have a car with me so parking was not an issue not too far to walk to the train station Breakfasts were ok and I had the evening meal twice ,a relaxing space to eat
"Short break"
We decided to have a few days in Aberdeen, and picked this hotel for its central location. We didn't realise when we booked that it was graduation week. The hotel was busy, but we had a nice clean room and it was quiet at night so decent nights sleep. We used the meal deal which is great value and we enjoyed everything that we ate

Great location for accessing theatres and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff, room clean and bed comfortable. Free wi-fi not the best but it didn’t affect us.
"Good value for money"
Overall the room was very clean, the bed was comfy. The bathroom could have been cleaner though but did not effect the stay. The room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast which was good. The carpark would benefit of being slightly larger.
