"Disappointed by the Lack of Guinness"
The hotel is delightfully nice. Located in a good position for sigt seeing and conducting my favourite pastime as a professional Guinness Drinker. This however brings me on to my biggest issue with the Premier Inn titanic. I entered the bar and there she was glistening in the fading sunlight. The Guinness pump a draught kf the gods. However I noticed a glass over the handle. Surely not. Surely the country's national drink is not out of stock. But it was and it was for 3 full days and nights. I was really looking forward to enjoying a pint of Guinness during my visit, but to my surprise, it wasn’t available. It’s a staple beer in so many pubs and restaurants, and its absence felt like a major letdown—especially considering i was in Ireland The rest of the selection might be fine for some, but when you’ve got your heart set on a proper Guinness and it’s not on tap or even in a can, it’s hard not to walk away disappointed. Hopefully, they’ll will make a rapid improvement and get a keg of black gold delivered. After all they make it less than two hours away by road. Guinness is not just a beer; it’s a cultural icon. It represents the rich history of Ireland and has been enjoyed for centuries. Having Guinness available adds authenticity to any pub or bar, making it feel like a genuine experience for patrons. Whether you're in Dublin or a dive bar halfway around the world, there's something comforting about seeing that dark pint on the menu. Ultimately, Guinness must be stocked because it’s more than just a drink—it’s a part of the experience. Whether for the taste, the history, or the sheer enjoyment of the ritual of pouring and drinking it, not having it on hand feels like a missed opportunity to create a memorable experience for your customers.
"Good location for visiting Titanic Experience"
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was a bit larger than I expected, and the view of the harbor was nice. Just around the corner are a Spar grocery store and a number of restaurants and shops, plus a whole indoor mall, too. You can walk to the Titanic Experience from here. Parking is available for a fee, but the hotel can give you a voucher for discounted overnight parking. Due to a confusion with our parking ticket, the manager comped us the last night’s parking, which was very helpful.
"Hospitality at Its Finest"
Had a great stay at Premier Inn! The room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the overall experience. The staff (Bradley, Ruth and Kevin) were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, which made a big difference. Breakfast was excellent—plenty of choice, tasty, and well worth it. Would definitely stay again! UTU
"Superstar Ruth!!"
Staying here for 2 weeks with work. Have just come down for some food- without booking a table! Ruth however being the Absolute star that she is managed to get me a table and was the most amazingly attentive server. I have sat here now approx 15 minutes ants watched as Ruth has dealt with many other customers in the most professional manner! Every premier inn needs a Ruth—- scrap that every business needs a Ruth!! She’s coming back to Wales with me!!! Thank you Ruth
"Avoid Premier Plus, overpriced, under-delivered, ZERO service!"
My "Premier Plus" room (519) was a letdown. It lacked the advertised mini-fridge, and despite repeated attempts, reception was unresponsive by phone and often unstaffed. Information on room servicing was non-existent. My room wasn't serviced, and the shower gel was empty. Even after speaking to staff who promised to fix things, the fridge never appeared, and the room remained untouched. I had to ask a housekeeper for towels. At check-out, after waiting, I was simply told to contact customer service via an app. The lack of empathy or apology was frankly rude. For the price, the service and amenities were unacceptable.
