I am really disappointed in how this hotel is ran, the manager natalie was so rude, shouting at the staff, clearly has no regards to the guests hearing this, its not very appropiate way a hotel should be ran. Regardless of the rude manager the room was clean and tidy, food was okay had better.
"Truly awful"
⭐☆☆☆☆ Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Premier Inn – never again. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit to Premier Inn Trowbridge was beyond unacceptable. The staff were clearly untrained and had no idea what they were doing. We were served awful food, and to top it off, we were charged for a dish we didn’t even order. Later in the evening, both staff and hotel management banged on our door demanding £2.99 – a completely inappropriate and unprofessional move. A waitress brought her child into work, who was then climbing over furniture and rearranging tables while guests were still eating. We were asked, bizarrely, if we wanted ice in our beer, and when we inquired about the menu, the response was, “We’re not really sure how it works this evening.” Seriously? The whole experience felt like a complete joke. I’ve stayed at many Premier Inns over the years and had decent experiences, but this was a total disaster from start to finish. Avoid this place at all costs.
"Very poor"
Room good, but don't bother with the restaurant. The waitress Amber god bless her was doing her best, but the the food was diabolical. The Manageress Natalie was as helpful as a ice cube in a furnace not prepared to face the complaints but pass the buck.Overall would not recommend eating an evening meal here.5 stars to Amber minus 5 to Natalie.
"Trowbridge"
Premier Inn has always been good nice and clean and value for money. but this time the rooms as always lovely and clean, and we could have paid extra for have bottled water, and a delux room. There would normally be glasses in the room to have a drink of tap water but nothing. and just basic 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets and at least 8 sachets of sugar. no other variety of tea bag even in reception there were no other teabags than the standard ones. and only one hand towel reception gave me another hand towel when asked but the reason behind this was that 2 people could share a hand towel. the breakfast as normal was really good and the selection was good. Premier Inn Trowbridge is in a good location within the town and handy for rail and bus services into Bath and Surrounding area. I feel that Premier Inn are still trying to be really good and they but seem to be cutting corners in the hospitably in what is in the rooms and having baths in rooms now when showers would be much more convenient and easier to maintain.
"Great stay!"
Had a really pleasant stay at the Trowbridge Premier Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. Great location too, close to shops and restaurants. Would happily stay again!
