    "Fawlty Towers Revisited!"
Hotel is fine, restaurant is being refurbed so steer clear. Debbie the restaurant manager can’t cope with the refurb and being open at the same time. Waited 90 minutes for food! Rows between management in front of restaurant customers. Only Debbie could operate the till and she didn’t even know how to do that properly. It was like being in an episode of Fawlty Towers, needless to say we didn’t go to the restaurant again during our stay.
    "A great stay"
I enjoyed my stay at this Premier Inn. The location is excellent- next to M62 motorway, with plenty of free parking. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. If I had one suggestion, it would be for a refresh of the rooms. While clean and comfortable, they felt a little dated.

Make sure you go to the Restaurant and make sure Donna Specifically is working. You can tell she really takes pride in her work! My 5 star rating is strictly for Donna!!! Also Lesley did the most to make sure I was comfortable and Maisie was none stop smiles! Between the three of them if I could I’d rate my stay a 100 out of 10. Blew the scale to smithereens
    "Evening meal in the Hunsworth"
Had a meal in the Hunsworth next door booked through the hotel. The food was very good but this was surpassed by the exceptional customer service from the staff, Debbie and the other young lady who I didn’t catch her name but she knows who she is.
"Good for a night with a baby"
Third time staying here but first with a baby. The family room was clean, cot was a Red Kite travel cot, which we have used before so baby was used to it. As other reviews have said there is no mattress, but this cot isn't meant to have anything addional to the standard travel cot one. Friendly staff, quick check-in process and room was on ground floor which was great as there isn't a lift.
