    All good 1 night visit clean and tidy very quiet greeting checking in was nice and friendly, car parking good , overall what I wanted

    Clean tidy room, hot in room but had put 2 fans in there. Great stop over for us on way to wales value for your money, book breakfast as we didn’t so couldn’t get in

    The hotel location, pricing, parking, restaurant and above all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything from arrival to departure went very well. Will go this place again and would recommend to everyone.

    Firstly we were welcome by Rekha who is so happy and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, we already knew there was no air conditioning, but we had a fan in our room, had dinner in the Beefeater next door, Laura was very welcoming, food was perfect and not expensive, slept well, beds really comfortable, breakfasts were freshly cooked, I chose continental, had cereal, yoghurt and fruit, my husband and our friends has cooked, which was cooked fresh to order, stayed 2 nights, every single member of staff at the Premier and the Beefeater were happy and helpful, it made our stay even better, because we felt valued and looked after. Cannot fault the accommodation or the food. Breakfasts are in the Beefeater next door, just perfect

    Definitely the best hotel around Birmingham. Everything is about the customer both in the hotel and restaurant. Special mention to Josh in the restaurant fantastic customer service..Above all having stopped in premier inns 4 nights a week for over 10 years this hotel and restaurant is by far the best I’ve ever stopped in

    Situated across the road from the famous sports facilities of Bentley Pavilion, Premier Inn Walsall M6 J10 is the ideal base if you're playing or watching a match. But there's a sporting chance you'll want to do much more too, like shopping in Birmingham. From the NEC to the V Festival, from the BMX championships to some FA-type action at Bentley Pavilion, you'll find lots of activities on your doorstep. The transport links of the M6 are also close by, as are many major businesses, and once you're done you can come back to a warm welcome, comfy beds and our Beefeater restaurant.
