Directions:

From M42 take J6 and follow signs for the NEC. Continue into the NEC complex and follow the main road, bear right at the bottom of the hill. Follow the road through 2 roundabouts, heading towards the North Car Park. At the 3rd roundabout take the right hand exit (signposted exit and motorways). At the next roundabout take take the first exit (signposted Elmdon Industrial Estate, Airport and Station). We are situated at the next roundabout (first exit). Postcode- please note that we share our postcode with Holiday Inn Express. If your satnav directs you here, from the Holiday Inn roundabout follow signs towards Elmdon Industrial Estate, Airport and Train Station. You will find us on the next roundabout along at the first exit.

"Fantastic stay, fantastic team"
Would like to say a big thank you to Claire and her team for making the start of our holiday a memorable one, they were all very welcoming and helpful, especially as we had to make a last minute change in our holiday destination, as Air Canada were on strike and they cancelled our flight, so we have ended up in Croatia and it is fantastic here, once again thank you

Fantastic stay at this premier inn, we had a premier plus room and couldn’t fault it! Extremely clean & quiet. Very comfortable bed - we slept great! Food both at dinner & breakfast was delicious, and at exceptionally good value for money there really is nothing to complain about. Very big carpark which was great. We will be back!
"Excessive parking fee's and no chef available in the evening"
A very clean and comfortable hotel. Problems with the restaurant not having a chef available meant I had to travel for an evening meal. I find the parking fee of £15 a day quite excessive when you are staying several nights. Travelling for an evening meal is an inconvenience for me, but I was staying on my own. It could prove a major pain for the many families with young children who were staying there prior to flying out on holiday.
"Not the best"
Dirty Pillows in room, had to get them changed. No toilet roll, so had to ask reception for more. The hot water was not hot and wifi was weak in the room, just kept buffering.
